About: First, I live in Craig, but willing to try to make pickups work in Steamboat, meeting halfway or we travel for the gym often, so please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss. We have a large yard that is great for active dogs. There is always an adult in the house to watch/care for your pup, my mother in law lives with us, Mark is home often and we have 2 kids, ages 10 and 12. I enjoy being around dogs, and feel comfortable dealing with some simple behavior issues. I am very specific with my dog and willing to be as specific with yours if needed. I am active and can give walks daily. Please don't hesitate to let me know if any special needs and I'll do my best to be accommodating. I am active lifestyle and so going on walks and waking up early are part of my normal process. I am willing to work with any situation as best I can. I maintain control of situations and always attentive to behaviors or signs of fear or aggression to make sure it is addressed before any issues arise. I used to train horses when I was younger so the patience and consistency is something I've grown up with towards animals.

She's taken care of them for a week at time, and we feel very comfortable leaving them in her hands for several weeks to take an extended vacation. About: I will treat your pup with the love and detail I treat my own. Grew up with dogs and currently have a 6 year old field golden retriever named Thule. I have 8 years of experience working with dogs professionally, including volunteer work with Midwest Animal Resue and Services on the Receiving and Adoption team. I also own and operate a dog care business locally, Steamboat Pets. I’m insured and certified in dog CPR/First Aid. Dog care is my life, literally! I quit my corporate job of 13 years to care for dogs in the Steamboat Springs and surrounding communities. I will take your lead on what your dog needs - you know best! I will also have back up supplies, especially when staying overnight or going out on long hikes.

About: My name is Kristi and I have been a dog owner and lover for my entire life. I have been a working as a veterinary assistant for the past 5 years and I have over 15 years experience dog walking and pet sitting. I am comfortable administering medication as well as injecting insulin. My schedule is flexible and I can be available on short notice. I am currently working part time during the week at a veterinary clinic and my weekends are wide open. I have lots of time to take dogs on walks or hikes.
