About: I grew up in a neighborhood my friends used to call “the farm”. We had 3 dogs, one neighbor had chickens, one neighbor had horses, and another neighbor had goats. Along with various dogs and cats at each house. Because I was the oldest kid in the neighborhood, I was the go-to person anytime a neighbor needed a house sitter or even just needed me to feed their pet dinner since they were out late. When I got older and started driving, I began dog sitting for our large group of friends, taking care of all sizes of dogs, cats, and the occasional reptile. Although I work part-time, I am generally available 7 days a week for house sitting. I am willing to accommodate crazy schedules and last minute plans if need be. About: I got my first dog, Duchess, my little mix (shih tzu, pekingese, west highland terrier) 15 years ago. During a family discussion about a pet, I was the only one who advocated for getting her but when my family and I laid our eyes on her, everyone got on board! I’ve been her main caregiver and I’ve enjoyed taking care of her from a young pup to becoming an older dog now. For her daily routine, I take her on a walk about 4 times a day for about 15 minutes. About: Currently being a stay at home mother, my hours are very flexible! Growing up with cats and dogs, my kiddos and I are currently lacking the fun presence of furry friends!
