I will provide your fur baby with a warm and welcoming home and offer plenty of exercise and playtime. “Ari is the best sitter we have ever worked with. She gave our two shy skittish rescues, Ares and Carter, nearly three weeks of truly loving & fun care. We never once had to ask for photos or updates. We were able to fully enjoy our lengthy vacation without worrying about the dogs at all, which was huge given how we had to cut our last two trips short due to our dogs’ being unsafe with past sitters. I was so reassured by how she cared for them that I booked her for our next trip before this one had even ended. Ari's thoroughness stood out from our very first meet and greet. She asked detailed questions about our dogs that went well beyond the basics, and it was clear she genuinely wanted to understand them and their needs. She gave our pups space and didn’t force any interactions. Ari's patience & care with shy dogs sets her apart. Both of our dogs are Jindo rescues who are reserved with new people and need time to get comfortable in new spaces. Ari respected their timing and let them come to her instead of pushing for attention or constant handling. That approach made a huge difference. Within a week, our very shy dog was curling up to sleep on her bed with her. Both dogs were greeting her with happy barks, kisses, and full-body tail wags. They have never done that with anyone besides my partner and me…not even with friends and family they have repeatedly seen. Her home is a dream for dog parents. Ari secures different areas of her home so that dogs are not only safe but also have a quiet space to retreat to, which matters a great deal for nervous and fearful rescues. Her yard felt very secure, and our pups had such a great time playing in her outdoor space. Since their breed are notorious escape artists, these thoughtful setups gave me reassurance that the pups were secure. The moment that made me happiest came at pickup. Both dogs were happy to see us and still kept taking short breaks from us to go back to Ari on their own, wagging their tails and giving her kisses. Seeing them acknowledge her in the middle of reuniting with us showed how deeply they had bonded with her. Ari completely exceeded our expectations, and it is hard to overstate how much that meant after two horrible experiences that broke our trust. Both happened back to back right before finding her, and we had to end both bookings and trips early because our dogs were not safe. I had vetted those sitters carefully for weeks, and one of them weekly for four months, and it still wasn't enough. Those experiences left us anxious about traveling again and shrank our hopes to one thing: that our dogs would simply be safe.Ari's care went far beyond keeping them safe. Carter & Ares were happy, playful, affectionate & adore Ari. On top of all this, Ari a wonderful person. She is kind, flexible, humorous, and easy to talk to, and that warmth shows in how she cares for the dogs. Since coming home, both our dogs clearly miss her, which is a first. It means so much to know that when we go on vacation, they get a vacation of their own with the fun and care they deserve. We have finally found the person we can trust with our dogs.”

About: I have been a nurse for 22 years. I am in school again and at home with my 17 lb dog all the time. I have cared for dogs my whole life and taken care of my friends dogs while they travel for as along as I can remember. I have a large fenced in back yard and a dog door. I am easily able to handle medication and medications schedules. My dog loves to play with other dogs and I am hoping to find regulars who would like frequent care so she can have her friends over! I am in school full time via an online program so I am home a tremendous amount. There will be a few days a week that I go into a clinic for 8 hours but most days and nights I am home. About: I grew up in a neighborhood my friends used to call “the farm”. We had 3 dogs, one neighbor had chickens, one neighbor had horses, and another neighbor had goats. Along with various dogs and cats at each house. About: I worked at a animal boarding/daycare for over a year I have my own two amazing dogs at home I dog sat for 2 years I currently work at Sonoma State. Weekends I have off and I can make my own hours at my campus job. I also am a full time student at Sonoma State but I am always able to make time for friends, work, schoolwork, and extra curriculars! I have three cats at home and have kept freshwater fish and a saltwater reef tank, so daily routines, feeding schedules, and noticing when an animal isn't acting like itself come naturally to me. I've done dog sitting and dog walking for other owners, and I take it seriously: your pet gets the routine you want, food and medications on schedule, and regular updates and photos so you're never left wondering how they're doing. I'm currently in a nursing (BSN) program and I'm CPR certified, so I'm calm under pressure and careful with medications and instructions. I'm home most of the day and available almost every day of the week, so your pet won't be left alone for long stretches. I'm studying in an online nursing program, which lets me stay home and keep pets company throughout the day, with potty breaks every couple of hours. Dogs get regular walks and time outside, and meals and any medications are given on the schedule you set. I live on a farm with a fully fenced yard, so dogs have plenty of safe space to run and play. It's a smoke-free home with no children, and dogs are welcome on the furniture. I have three cats, so before booking I'll ask how your dog does around cats, and I introduce new dogs slowly and keep everyone separated until they're settled. I host no more than two pets at a time so each one gets real attention. I keep your pet's food, routine, and medications exactly as you instruct, and I'll send photos and updates so you always know how they're doing.

About: I have had big dogs my whole life....taking care of them, walking them etc. Because I lost my big girl a year ago, and because of circumstances, I am not able to adopt yet, but would love to walk/take care of yours! I am dedicated to supporting dogs and their pet care needs. I am currently available 24/7 and am looking forward to helping all the owners and dogs! I currently have one rat terrier named Jake who is like 14-15 years old (?) but he gets along with everyone and is non-confrontational ;-)
