“Heather and Jacob are very kind, organized, communicative, and flexible! We appreciate how well they take care of Trixie! We will gladly use them for future dog sitting!”

“My dog Beau had a great time staying with Jill. She is very warm and loving and took great care of my beloved fur baby. I loved receiving photos during his stay and they have a super safe setup. I could tell Beau was super happy being there which means a lot when you’re away. Would definitely book again!”

“Our dog had a wonderful stay! Alexis took great care of him in her home, sent updates and photos, and it was clear he was comfortable and happy the whole time. We felt at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We will absolutely book with her again — thank you for taking such great care of Chauncey! :)”

“Hannah was able to take our pup at short notice for a 2 week period and he absolutely loved every second of being in her care. Hannah is super communicative, sends pictures and adapts to any mishaps (we had to have new food delivered which was delayed). It’s such a great environment for pups that love playing. We will definitely be booking Hannah again. THANK YOU.”

“This was the second time my dog Ollie was boarded at Jamies house. It was for two weeks. I received pictures of Ollie and updates on his well being. Jamie has been prompt in responding to my communications. Ollie was obviously happy, well cared for and took his time leaving their house when I picked him up . I will be using Jamie’s service in the future.”

“Caren was great! My dog seemed very happy there and she seemed to take great care of her. Her house is in a nice neighborhood and my dog’s age got a lot of good walks and visits to the dog park, etc. Would definitely recommend Caren!”

“Mackenzie cared for my 12-year-old mystery mutt, Delphine, during what I knew would be some of her final weeks. Delphine is in the late stages of terminal cancer, and her care requires patience, gentleness, and a deep respect for her autonomy and quirks. Mackenzie showed all of that and more. She was completely unfazed by the realities of end-of-life care, managing Delphine’s tumors, helping her up and down stairs, and handling the occasional accident with calm and compassion. Delphine, who is usually wary of new people, seemed genuinely at ease in Mackenzie’s presence. That alone speaks volumes. Mackenzie also sent thoughtful, funny updates that made me feel connected even when I couldn’t be there. I’m so grateful that in this tender time, Delphine had someone who treated her with dignity, care, and kindness. If I couldn’t be by her side, I’m thankful Mackenzie was.”

“Had a really good experience with Patricia while we were in out of town. She was reliable, easy to communicate with, and took great care of Bo while we were away. We appreciated the updates and knowing she was being looked after. It made traveling a lot less stressful, and we came home to a happy dog. Would definitely use her and her nice family again!”

About: I have extensive experience in pet care, including basic training and providing specialized care for senior pets. My attentive approach ensures that each animal feels safe and loved. Im currently Stay at home. I find that I have so much time for my babies to enjoy others company while we are home or on the road visiting furry friends! I ensure a safe environment, maintain routines for feeding and exercise, provide personalized attention, monitor health, and keep the space clean, offering loving care for pets in any setting.
About: I grew up with all kinds of animals including cats, dogs, chickens, goats, pigs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and the list goes on! I'm comfortable around all animals, and I absolutely adore them all! I go to school full time, but I do not have classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. I can be available between classes on Wednesday and Thursday. There's lots of room for flexibility in my schedule. I will follow all instructions the owner provides. I can crate animals, take them on walks, feed, and water them, and keep them entertained throughout the day.
“We highly recommend Christina for pet sitting! Absolutely no reservations about her work. She is professional, responds quickly and our pup always seems healthy and happy upon drop off and pick up. We are grateful for Christina!”

About: I've cared for dogs for friends over the years, and it's always been a rewarding experience. I'm excited to spend my summer meeting new dogs and providing them with loving, dependable care. I grew up with dogs and have experience with puppies as well—we once took in a stray who turned out to be pregnant, so I got firsthand experience helping care for a litter. Being around dogs has always been a big part of my life, and I enjoy giving them the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. I have a pretty flexible schedule and I can work with whatever your schedule is as long as I have a heads up. I am off work all summer so I can plan around things! I can also take your dog to the groomers etc. I have a fully fenced yard where your dog can safely play, plus a nearby trail for walks and a green space just a couple of blocks away for even more outdoor time. I provide attentive, personalized care and genuinely enjoy spending time playing with dogs, taking them on walks, and making sure they feel comfortable and happy. I'm also happy to come to your home for walks or drop-in visits. Whether your pup has a specific routine, feeding schedule, medication needs, or favorite activities, I'll follow your instructions carefully to ensure they receive the same loving care they're used to. My goal is to make every dog feel safe, well cared for, and loved while you're away.
About: Currently being a stay at home mother, my hours are very flexible! Growing up with cats and dogs, my kiddos and I are currently lacking the fun presence of furry friends! Although my apartment is not the biggest, allowing only one dog at a time allows all of my attention to be focused. If pets are to stay overnight you can expect daily walks, trips to dog parks and most likely a bath if we get too ambitious. I am an adventurous person that believes dogs have individual personalities and unique characteristics that should be embraced and loved. Allowing pets to cuddle up on the couch MAY be negotiated because I am a sucker for puppy eyes. I am currently a stay at home with my three kiddos. I home school, so including a dog in the mix is so much fun for us! We often go on walks and trips to the park. I have a fenced yard, doggie door for easy outside access and loving, gentle kids to keep your animals company with lots of love and play.
“Amanda was terrific when we boarded our cat with her for a few days while we moved into our new house. She texted us every day with updates and also took some photos for us. I would not hesitate to use her again!”

“Dina was a fantastic host! She came to the rescue when our other host canceled at the last minute and was a joy to work with throughout our dog's entire stay. She communicated clearly and sent us regular updates while we were away. We would definitely recommend Dina as a host!”
“Michael was great! He’s super friendly and you could tell he really loves dogs. He sent updates/pictures and made me feel at ease while we were gone. We’ll definitely be using him again in the future! Highly recommend !”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Cotati
Jen and family were amazing. Right away I felt comfortable leaving my pups with them. Drop off and pick up was easy and seamless. I was updated with a ton of pictures. My dogs definitely had a great time, getting plenty of love and exercise. Once home they were exhausted! Thank you!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Michael! He and his wife were great from the start. While I was away, they went far above and beyond what I expected -providing regular updates, photos, and thoughtful details that gave me total peace of mind. I will definitely be booking with them again!

This is our second time booking Laura and Gabriel. We know our dog is well cared for and included in the family. Our dog has a neurological condition that makes her very unstable on her feet, mixed with being a top heavy pitbull, she really has a hard time with non carpeted flooring. Laura and Gabriel go above and beyond and put out extra rugs so Lucy can get around the living areas while she's there. We will continue using them when we leave town. Lucy always comes back happy, well cared for, and you can tell she's part of the family when she's there.

Abygail and Kai took great, thoughtful care of our old gal, Kona. We were gone for a little over a week and it was such peace of mind knowing they were with her. Abygail sent regular updates, and pictures and videos -- it was clear Kona felt comfortable with them from the start. They also housesat for us -- more peace of mind! -- and left our house in pristine condition. I would highly recommend these two for petsitting and housesitting needs, and we plan on using them again in the future!

Gavin did a FANTASTIC job watching Buster. Every day, three times per day, he sent me photos of my dog to put my mind at ease. I ended up seriously injuring myself the day of pick up and Gavin was very accommodating in keeping Buster longer as I was in the hospital. I HIGHLY recommend Gavin and will definitely use him again.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
