Hello! My name is Olivia, but you can call me Oli! I moved to California five years ago, originally from Ohio. I currently work full-time as a dog walker and pet sitter. I’ve had pets my whole life. Right now, I have three crazy, high-energy dogs! One cattle dog and two cattle dog mixes. Herding and working breeds have stolen my heart; I’m absolutely crazy about their energy and intelligence. When I’m not out walking or playing with my dogs or my clients’ dogs, I enjoy yoga, baking, hiking, gardening, and reading in my free time. I’ve adore working with animals, and have for over 15 years now. My first job as a teenager was pet sitting and dog walking, along with volunteering at my local rescue, walking dogs and spending quality time with the cats there. Since then, I’ve worked at various boarding and doggy daycare facilities, handling dozens of dogs and cats. I’ve worked alongside groomers, in veterinary medicine, at a Humane Society, and have also done dog training for clients—focusing especially on reactive and anxious dogs. I’ve cared for countless animals with a wide range of behaviors and personalities. Needless to say, I’m very experienced in what I do and incredibly passionate about my work—this is more than just a job to me. I strive to give my clients peace of mind, knowing their beloved pets are being loved and well cared for. I make every effort to be flexible and to accommodate your pet care needs within my schedule. I understand that every pet has its own routine, and I’m always diligent in following instructions while being respectful of my clients' homes. If your dog follows a specific training routine, I’m more than happy to use your preferred commands and stick to your rules—whether that means discouraging jumping, keeping pets off the furniture, or anything else.
