About: I grew up with many animals in our household from dogs, cats, turtles, birds, fish, and bunnies and always had a unique connection to them. I have an innate empathetic understanding with them. I have experience with training younger dogs, as well as taking care of elderly dogs. I have experience providing necessary medication if needed, as well as lots of love and snuggles and adventurous hikes or leisurely walks for elderly animals. Currently I have a cat and would love to have another dog but for now getting to take care of other people's dogs or cats would satisfy my desire to be around lots of animals. I am currently a full-time student and I work remotely online so my schedule is flexible and I can work from anywhere. I would prefer to watch dogs and cats in your home. I like to communicate with the owner of the pet and get a clear understanding if there is a particular feeding or walk schedule, as well as if medications are required, or crate preferences. I am happy to send a photo of your animal baby each day if you like daily check ups. I love communication so trust and understanding are developed between myself and the owner.

I have a spacious yard, which provides the perfect play area, it is not fenced so I use a secure 30ft leash when any dogs play outside, so your pup can enjoy freedom while being safely supervised. I also have a kitty, Venus, who is also female, is 13 years old and is also a rescue. I recently took some time off to care for my mother, hence the gap in my service here at Rover. Here’s a little history about me and my experience with dogs, cats, horses, goldfish and mice. I have been an animal lover since a very young age, when I had a pet mouse and a goldfish. I then convinced my mom to adopt a cat, which I named Bilbo. I loved him so much. When I was in junior high, we adopted a sweet dog we called Tonka. I then fell in love with horses, and my mom bought me a horse, who I loved very much. I participated in Future Farmers of America in high school and I am a former volunteer dog walker for the Rohnert Park Animal Shelter. I have a 13-year old female domestic short-haired cat named Venus, and an eight year old terrier named Ebony. Both are very sweet, and Ebony gets along with every dog she's ever met. We live in the M Section of Rohnert Park where we enjoy taking long walks together. I have a nice-sized, fenced back yard with plenty of room to play. I have previous experience as a dog walker at the Rohnert Park animal shelter. I can't imagine a life without animals in it, and I will take special care of yours. My schedule varies week to week, depending on my work schedule, and I am generally available in the evenings and weekends unless I am out of town. Helping dogs get outside, burn off energy, and feel loved is something I genuinely enjoy and make time for every week. At my home, dogs have access to a safe outdoor space where they can roam, sniff, and enjoy the fresh air. If your pup is still working on recall or tends to get distracted (like mine does when there’s a squirrel nearby!), I’ll use a long leash to give them freedom while keeping everyone safe. I always prioritize a calm, positive environment—for both your dog and mine. That said, my main focus is offering dog walking services near my area, where your pup can get exercise, enrichment, and lots of fresh air. If I’m caring for your pet at your home, I’ll be respectful of your space and follow any routines or instructions you provide. If you'd like, I can also take your dog to nearby parks or beaches for an extra bit of adventure—but I’ll always check in first to make sure you're comfortable with that.

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs and animals my entire life!! I volunteered at shelters where they kept anything from dogs to ferrets ready for adoption. I will be very patient with animals and gently guide them away from anything they do that is not allowed in the owner’s care. I have trained many of my own dogs up-to advanced tricks and commands in which they listen and trust me completely. I also just adopted another puppy that I hope to train to be a service animal. Then, as the client requests, I will perform the care routine and include either some play time or treats to make sure they are extra happy before I have to go. I will make sure they are secure in the home before leaving as well. In my home, I will make sure they get their own room to acclimate and their own space to go to if needed for their own serenity.
