He provided text and picture updates throughout the boarding and with the help of his dog Timber, kept Mehdi entertained and happy. It rained almost the entire time I was gone, so no dog park visits, but there was enough space for Mehdi and Timber to play inside. Jason constantly provided Mehdi with treats, rawhides, and peanut butter filled kongs. Mehdi has occasional seizures, and while thankfully he didn't have any while I was away, Jason made sure he was well educated about what to do should it happen, which helped ease my mind. I highly recommend Jason and his buddy, Timber for when you are out of town.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old and have always considered myself a dog person. Caring for dogs has shaped my deep understanding of pet needs and behavior, making me especially attentive and compassionate as a sitter. I’m currently in school but only have class Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. My Monday and Fridays are completely free and am open to working Sunday's as well if need be. I provide plenty of care and affection to the dogs that come into my home. I want them to feel like it’s their own space and be happy and comfortable while their parents are away

We were nervous to leave a pretty excitable puppy with a sitter (didn’t want to drive anyone wild) but Stephanie has a dog of similar age and was easy going about his behaviors. Knowing that Stephanie was chill around the dogs when they met and a vet tech, I had full confidence he would be safe and happy there. When we picked him up he was happy and healthy and ready to see us again!”

I grew up with German shepherds in my family, and I currently own a standard poodle who I train and groom myself. We are currently training to compete in AKC rally and agility! I would love to help with dog grooming, including haircuts and bathing. As well as walking, feeding, sitting, transportation to appointments, and potential boarding. I am also comfortable with other pets such as cats, reptiles, birds etc. I am a current PhD student at the University of Iowa therefore my schedule is a little more flexible. I have only a couple of classes a week however I am available most evenings, weekends, and some times during the week. Currently, I live in a townhome where I have a little patio area in the back. I have one standard poodle. He is male and one years old. I groom him myself, and I train him for AKC sports and events.

Jackie was a wonderful sitter for our pup! She treated her with such affection, we felt like we were leaving her with a dear friend. I could see how happy our dog was at Jackie’s home from the photos she sent. She was such a joy to work with and will do so again!
Abbey did a wonderful job watching our dogs while we were away. She was very flexible with drop off and pick up times and sent us pictures of the boys. We really appreciated the yard space she had for them to run around which was very well kept. We will most definitely be using her service again when we leave town. Highly recommend her.
Micki and her family were so willing to take in Rusty last minute for me. Rusty looked like he had a blast and went on a car ride and explored downtown with them. When I went to pick him up, he acted like he didn’t want to leave! Would book again and recommend to any fur parent!
