I heard the weather was crazy here in Iowa on the first week of February, to the point where cars couldn't move. He notified me thoroughly throughout the whole 3 weeks which made me very comfortable. When I was out of contact due to time difference/internet issue, he still kept helping me out with suggestions and waited for me to respond which could've been a long burden. He truly TRULY cares about the pets, not because of business but from his heart. I really appreciate your help Jason. Thank you so much for the great care.”
