“Ashley and her family were absolutely wonderful! My normally anxious dog was excited to return each day to see Ashley and spend the day with her. Ashley sent regular picture updates, communicated thoroughly, and was flexible with pick up/drop off hours. My dog loved having children and their cat to interact with, backyard time, and Ashley’s company on the couch while she worked from home. My dog came home in a great mood each day, no anxiety at all like with daycare facilities. We will absolutely book with Ashley again!!”

“I adopted a new Siberian Husky 8/22, and need someone to watch him while I finish my degree. Karla was open and willing to do a trial daycare to see if she would be a good fit. I was nervous as Haku is a shy and cautious 4.5 month old puppy, and I didn't know how he would be at a strangers house. Karla shared pictures of him and sent updates about how he did. I'm very happy that Haku was a good boy and he got along with her cats and her dog. I'm happy and will request Karla in the future for daycare.”

About: We have had 2 dogs for quite some time. Cody always had a pet in the home growing up and we have had our dogs since they were puppies (the oldest is 8 years old). We are willing to give any medicines and we brush our own dogs teeth at night, so we can do yours if you would like! Cody works from home, and Ashley is home most of the time so we will be willing to work with you and what your pup needs! We have a single family home with a fenced in yard and 2 fur babies ourselves to keep your pet company! We also have a doggy door to the backyard if your pup knows how to use it :) We do not crate our own dogs but are willing to crate your pup if that is the preference. We usually take our dogs on 4 walks per day, lasting about 30 minutes each walk plus free roam in the backyard.

About: I have experience with all ages and all sizes of dogs and cats. I grew up with cats and watched our neighbors dogs frequently when they were out of town. My grandparents had 2 Great Danes that I watched when they needed assistance and my boyfriend currently has a heeler who I watch when he is at work. My favorite place is the dog park and enjoy taking my pup there whenever I can. I’m currently working part time (2 days a week) as a nurse at UIHC. I am also a part time graduate school student so I am home studying when I’m not at work. Taking my dog on walks and to the park is what I look forward to the most in my day and gives me a good excuse to take a break! I have a 2 year old blue heeler mix who loves other dogs and would love to meet yours! I live in a spacious home with a fenced in backyard and can easily crate your dog if needed. I live in a very walkable area with a couple of parks near by.

About: I have been around pets, specifically dogs, my entire life and I absolutely love being spending time with them. I also have worked for Wag! for the past few years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I am able to administer medication with proper instructions. I am currently a nurse with a flexible schedule. My husband and I work opposite schedules at times, so at least one of us will be here. He has also grown up with dogs and cats and is great with them! I understand the importance of respecting your property while properly caring for your pet. I believe I am a trusting and reliable person who will follow any instruction you give in order to care for your pet to the best of my ability.
