About: I lost my dog last year and miss taking care of him, now that I have free time on my hands I'm looking to help take care of other dogs like I would my own. I treat pets like family and have experience with administering medications if needed and am willing to learn of any specific needs your pet has to take care of them like you would! I'm currently free most days and stay at home since my school schedule is very light for the next few months and have flexibility in it. I currently don't have any pets so there is no concern for socializing or introducing them. In addition I live in an apartment with a large grassy area where dogs can walk on and will use a leash while doing so to make sure your pet is safe.

I have two very friendly, well-socialized cats (you could be a robber and they’d still flop on their backs and ask for belly rubs all the same! 😂) and a playful (yet very respectful) Shiba Inu puppy who loves making new friends, while understanding boundaries. I take introductions slow and make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. My neighborhood is walkable and safe. I’m right down the street from the police station, fire station, local vet, and S.T. Morrison Park! Which means lots of fun walks, fresh air, and enrichment time! (I’m all about protective safeguards and organization, so living in close proximity to aid and community enrichment was a must for me :) 🙌 I stick closely to your pet’s normal routine: feeding schedules, potty breaks, medications, cuddle preferences, crate time, you name it. I adjust to their vibe and your instruction.

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for as long as I can remember. In addition to my own fur family, I've watched several other's fur babies for the past 10 years. I work from home, so I'm home the majority of the time. That means your animals always get the attention they need, plus always another animal for companionship. I don't have a fenced yard, but I ALWAYS tether or take them out on a leash when at my home. I do like to give treats like kongs for added stimulation as well. I do have crates or have room for crates for sleeping or if they need alone time.

About: I've been taking care of my mom's dog when she is out of town for over 10 years. My brother recently got a puppy and I have added her to my list! Dogs are near and dear to my heart and are treated just like a child on our home! I am a stay at home mom to our 2 year old. We are generally not gone for more than a couple of hours, if at all. We live in a nice quiet town and go for walks often. We have a very shaded front yard that we are in a lot. We take walks often and live in a nice town. Our yard is not fenced in.

About: On top of growing up with three crazy dogs, I have been a pet caretaker since I was 12! With 11 years of experience, I am very confident in my work. I have taken care of dogs ranging from 5-105 lbs, lots of cats, and even fish. I have dealt with high maintenance animals, some who needed a daily stroller ride, so seriously, any request that seems outlandish is my pleasure to fulfill. I am a senior at the Univrrsity of Iowa, and miss my animals, so I genuinely will love talking care of yours! Pleasee don’t hesitate to reach out! :) I am currently working very minimal hours at my part-time job, so I am very eager to work! I am a full-time student at the University of Iowa, but would love to use my spare time to walk your pets, entertain them, or stay with them! About: My experience includes behavior modification, rehabilitation and foster care. Since I was my daughters age I have been pet sitting and working with animals and would like to share the experience I work at home everyday but Thursday. We are available for dog walking and live close to a park trail and we are looking for a family interaction. Crate services, roaming and family integrated home. We are able to walk your animals and provide check ins. I know how animals are part of the family.
