About: I've taken care of dogs of various ages for about 2 years at the client's home. I've done baths, taken them on walks, outside to go potty, of course feeding and giving all the treats! I work in Cedar Rapids so I'm only able to do mid day check ins in that area. If you aren't in the Cedar Rapids area I can do morning and evening/night check ins. I am able to stay overnight at your home as well if needed. I provide care at the client's home. I am able to come for a drop in visit and hang out with your pet for a short time or I'm able to come and stay for the night, weekend, or longer if needed.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and currently have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix named Maverick. I also volunteer with local animal shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, energy levels, and personalities. As a medical student, I’m used to staying organized, following detailed instructions, and paying close attention to routines and behavior. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether your dog needs lots of exercise, extra patience, medication, or just a comfortable place to relax, I’m happy to tailor their care to their individual needs. I’m currently a medical student, and much of my coursework can be completed from home. This gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care throughout the day. While my schedule varies slightly week to week, I’m generally available for frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, and plenty of companionship. I make every effort to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play and exercise, and I only board one guest dog at a time so they receive plenty of individual attention. I also have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix who enjoys other dogs when it’s a good fit. I always take introductions slowly and make sure both dogs are comfortable before allowing interactions. I’m happy to accommodate specific feeding schedules, medications, crate routines, and any other instructions that help your pet feel at home.

About: I have years of experience with dogs, from puppies to seniors. I have trained several dogs and have experience working with dogs with health conditions. I also have experience administering dogs their medications. I am a teacher and currently work part-time in the summer. I have plenty of flexibility throughout the week, weekend, and during the school year. I have a gated off patio for dogs to play in. If they are in the yard, I will have them on their leash to ensure safety. Please provide a crate.

About: I provide attentive, loving care for both dogs and cats, making sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and understood. I’m patient, dependable, and take the time to learn every pet’s routine, personality, and needs. I currently work full-time. I would be available to walk/feed/play during the weekdays after work for a couple of hours. I have more time on the weekends (Friday-Sunday) for feedings, walks, playtime, check-ins, overnight care, etc. to make sure pets get the time and care they need. About: I have completed anywhere from a couple of hours of pet-sitting to a full week of spending time with pets! Growing up with both dogs and cats, I have a special place in my heart for caring for them. I enjoy keeping pets engaged to make them feel loved and give them the attention they need. Before taking care of your pet - I either would like to meet with you or have a phone/zoom call to meet you and your pet to ensure we are both in communication about the care you would like them to have. I enjoy sending photos or videos of pets to owners as well so you can stay up to date with what we are doing and how we are spending our time together!
