About: Hi! I'm Jamie! I work full-time as a hairstylist, but I've always loved animals and wanted a fun way to spend more time outside while helping busy pet parents. I have experience caring for my family's dogs and have loved getting to know each of their different personalities. My parents have a small/medium-sized dog who I've watched while they've been out of town, including caring for him for a full week on my own. I also regularly spend time with my sister's two larger dogs on weekends, letting them out, playing with them, giving them lots of attention, and of course getting in plenty of cuddles! Before each booking, I'll ask questions about your pet's personality, routine, training, leash behavior, reactivity, triggers, and how they interact with other dogs, cats, and people. I want to understand what makes your pet comfortable and what situations I should be aware of before we head out. For walks, I'll follow your instructions regarding leashes, harnesses, and walking routines and will keep your pet supervised and secure at all times. I'll never let a dog off leash unless you've specifically asked me to and we're in an appropriate, safe area. For drop in visits, I'll follow your instructions for potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and cuddles. I'm also comfortable giving oral medications such as pills when clear instructions are provided. I'll make sure doors, gates, and other entry points are securely closed before leaving. I know every pet is different, so I don't assume that one approach works for every dog. I'll take the time to learn your pet's needs and follow the routines and boundaries you've established for them. I'll also send photos and an update after each visit so you know how your pup is doing!

About: I have taken care of animals since I was 10 years old. I find enjoyment in it because i love spending time with any pet. I’ve taken care of animals from puppy/kitten stage to senior I work full time Monday-thursday from 630am-5pm but free before work, after work, and friday-saturday-sunday. School is starting so availability unfortunately has become a bit more limited, but I will do everything to work with you and to care for your dear sweet fur baby regardless! I will travel to your home to ensure that your pet is in a familiar space. I will give them daily snuggles, walks and attention. I will treat your pet as if they were my own loving on them and treating them. I am happy to take them on daily walks, to the park and to stay the night at your place.

About: I've taken care of animals, both my own and others, for my entire life. Most recently, I've cared for dogs and cats while nannying and babysitting. I'm able to multitask, follow feeding and medication schedules and am more than willing to get outside in the Iowa heat for walks and bathroom breaks. I currently work in the evenings so I'm able to drop in during the mornings and regular work hours if needed. I'm also available for the occasional overnight care, if needed for your pet. Keeping your pet calm, safe and happy is my top priority. As I'm coming into you and your pets space, I understand that there may be so nervous/stressed behaviors. About: Growing up I always had cats and/or dogs in the house so I've had animal caretaking experience since a very young age. I currently have a very sweet 2y/o XL Bully, a very crazy 9 y/o Pit Bull-Jack Russell Terrier mix, and two adorable kittens. I've stayed up to two weeks in non-family memeber's homes to care for their pets and have never had complaints I am currently unemployed. So I will be able to spend a lot of time with your pets. I'm searching for remote work so hopefully even when I'm employed I will be able to work around your animals' schedule. When I wake up I make sure the animals are fed before feeding myself, I don't let my day start unless their tummies are full. I love snuggling up with animals and making sure they have plenty of playtime.
