About: I have taken care of animals since I was 10 years old. I find enjoyment in it because i love spending time with any pet. I’ve taken care of animals from puppy/kitten stage to senior I work full time Monday-thursday from 630am-5pm but free before work, after work, and friday-saturday-sunday. About: I love meeting and hanging out with pets. I’ve always wanted a dog growing up but never got one. However, my sister has now gotten her own pup, and I’m the happiest aunt! Would be a lovely break during the day! Also, I prefer notice in advance, but sometimes my calendar has gaps and could possibly accept day of :) I can check their water and food. I can open/close shades, doors, etc. If they watch TV, I can make sure it’s playing or change it, etc. They can get play time!

About: Growing up, my parents ensured I was surrounded by animals as much as possible! We always had dogs growing up. Since I was an out-of-state student in college, I began Rover to be able to connect with pets near me. I now live in Iowa City, as I attend Graduate School at the University of Iowa. She also came twice to get oriented to Snowy's care before her scheduled session, since I had delayed it by two months. Additionally, she tended to Snowy very well, keeping him off the deck when rainy, letting him back on when nicer, and kept good notes and photos. Everything was in order when I returned.
Amelia did such a great job! 10/10 would recommend her for all your pet sitting needs. I booked her with not much notice for an entire week, and she was extremely accommodating! My girls loved her and were clearly well looked after, her photos and updates were great, and she left my place spotless. I will absolutely be asking her to come back again! :)
It was great to have Sydney care for our cat while we were out of town! She was professional and prompt with her communication, forward thinking, and showed true care for our cat.
