About: During the summer I have plenty of time to snuggle your pup while you're away! I have a 3 year old Morkie who loves to relax while watching movies and also play fetch in the backyard. My schedule is flexible during summer break so I have plenty of time to give love and attention to your pups. When I start back to my regular schedule in August my schedule won't be as flexible but I can come home at noon for a potty break. I have a fenced backyard. I have one Morkie that is 3 years old. She sleeps in her dog bed at the foot of my bed but she also has a kennel with a bed.
About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life (50 years). I am a registered nurse and work from home. I have 1 dog of my own, Bailey, 6 year old Shih tzu. She loves to play and make new friends! I work from home and take my dog out to potty and walk every 2-3 hours. Your dogs will be welcome inside during the day, and supervised when in the back yard. I do have to limit my in home boarding to hypoallergenic dogs due to allergies. My yard is fenced. I always supervise my dog while outside, and always on leashes while in front and on walks. Your fur babies would be my fur babies… I’d love them as my own.
“Bryanna was fantastic with my curmudgeonly little senior pup. When I picked my girl up she was happy to see me but she was clearly very comfortable with Bryanna. I will absolutely be booking with her again when we need a pet sitter.”

“Our fur baby was so excited and took right to Haya as soon she met her. Haya went above and beyond care if Little Girl. I told a friend that our fur baby was staying at a 5 star resort staying with Haya. Thank you Haya for being so conscientious in caring for our pet 🐕.”

“Absolutely the best people I have left a pet with. They were so caring with her. Made sure every need was taken care of. The went above and beyond without being asked. I would have Daisy stay with them again in a heart beat.”
About: I have 30+ years of pet care experience not only with my own pets, but also friends & family that I have taken care of. I am very friendly to all animals and know how to interact with the most timid or aggressive dogs. When I meet a new animal, owners tell me that I must have a sixth sense because the animals never react so well to anyone. I tell the owners that they must know I am a dog lover and enjoy being with animals more than I do people. I work from home so will be with your furry child all day. I have two Black Labs of my own that love everyone! References available upon request.
About: I've loved and cared for dogs for as long as I can remember. Their unique personalities, playful spirit, and quiet companionship have always held a special place in my heart. Whether your dog is outgoing or shy, I'll provide gentle, patient, loving care and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. Pet care fits perfectly into my schedule, allowing me to provide dependable, attentive, and loving care while giving each pet the time, patience, and attention they deserve. I provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for pets in my home and in my clients’ homes. I follow each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, exercise, playtime, medications if needed, and plenty of affection. I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel secure, happy, and cared for while you’re away.
“This was the first time we’ve used the Rover app. From the moment we met Shelby we new this was the perfect person to sit our Pepper. She is an amazing person who went out of her way to make our experience as enjoyable & pleasant as possible. She is a very genuine & caring person , and we will definitely use her again if available Thanks Shelby!”

“Claudia was such a great sitter! One of my dogs gets nervous around strangers but she made him feel at ease and comfortable during the time we were away. She sent daily updates and pictures which was nice to know they were safe and having a good time. She is very kind and understanding.”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. I’m very educated on dog safety and truly love and care for all animals. I have a wide range of experience with different breeds. I have cared for toy poodles all the way up to Dobermans. I have a rescued german shepherd mix named Duke and he is truly my best friend. Training Duke is one of my favorite things to do and I can help train your dog as well! I frequently foster dogs from the local animal shelter and have learned so much by doing so. I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible! I work from home which allows me to give the dogs lots of attention throughout the day. Your pup won’t be left alone for long periods and will get plenty of walks, playtime, and companionship. I’m available for walks, daycare, and boarding, and I’m flexible with scheduling to help meet your dog’s needs. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving environment where dogs are treated like family. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality, routines, and needs so they feel secure and stress free. I’m experienced with many different breeds and sizes, and I always prioritize safe walks, supervised playtime, and lots of love and attention. For safety, if I ever need to step out briefly, dogs will be placed in their crates.
“I have an extremely hyper pup that nobody ever seems to be prepared for, but my dog was in great hands with Aryana! The dogs got lots of play time and we got lots of pictures and videos while we were away. We feel so lucky to have found Aryana!”

About: Hello and welcome to my page! I have spent my whole life taking care of animals, and it comes second nature to me. Your dog will be treated with love and given plenty of attention. I can bathe as needed, and will take on any special circumstances your dog may require with ease. Playing with or walking your favorite fur child is guaranteed, as plenty of exercise and play time is my number one priority! Let me take care of your fur baby and you will not regret it. I am currently working from home with a flexible schedule, so I can make what is needed fit into my routine with no problem! All I need is scheduling in advance to make sure everything goes easily for everyone. I will make sure any and every dog I encounter feels safe with me no matter what service is being used. The number one most important thing is to ensure I have your beloved animals trust and that they are having a good time!
About: I have raised a handful of puppies, making them great companions. Each of our dogs lived to be around 14-15 years old and enjoyed every second with me and my family. Whether I had to monitor them post surgeries, or senior care, I always made sure they got the care, medicine and love they required. I work early morning shifts M-F. I typically I may wake up around 1-4am, and work from home for the first few hours of my shift. I finish out the rest of my 8 hour shift at the office, return home for a quick meal, go to the gym, and spend the rest of the night at home! I would love an excuse to go out for frequent walks with a dog while I am home. I do not mind if my car gets dirty from taking them out to a park for a longer walk rather than their usual potty breaks you may give! For cats or dogs, they will have plenty of room to relax and rest wherever they please. I keep a neat and tidy apartment, so there won’t be much they can get into to mess with!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
