About: When I was around four, I started to go across the street and cat-sit for this empty-nest couple. They were older, and so they wanted to travel more. The lady owned two cats, a Birman and an Oriental Shorthair. The lady used to take them to cat shows, and they were her most prized possession. They had grandkids to see and wanted to explore as many different countries as they could. They used to say, "Maggie, you are so convenient, and I am glad that you are here so we can leave and do things that we love more often." My mom never once told me to go and do my job. I woke up and was ready to go see Bootsy and Bella. They moved when I was 16, and I was their sitter until the day they left. I realized that for people to do the things they loved, they needed an easy, stress-free, and affordable sitter for their animals. Anyway, I started a show kennel for my Italian Greyhounds because of her, and now this is my full-time gig. I run a full-time boarding and daycare facility at my house. I am open for boarding and daycare 7 days a week. I own show dogs, and so I am home training and working on my websites while the dogs have multiple areas and an outdoor fenced area to play. I work on my computer for 3-5 hours a day and play with and walk the dogs while I rotate in between that. I take lots of pictures during the day and have an instagram that I post them on. The dogs rotate among the kitchen, the basement, and the outdoor enclosure. All dogs have access to water 24/7. The outdoor enclosure has a roof, and I run a fan when it is hot, in accordance with USDA guidelines. If the weather is bad, I walk the dogs or just let them play together in the basement or kitchen.

About: There has never been a time in my life where I didn't have multiple pets in my home. My pets are my world! Have you ever seen anyone treat their pets like they're their children? Guilty! Animals bring me so much joy, so I’d be thrilled to meet yours! I also travel at times through the year, so I KNOW how difficult it can be to find the right person who will love my pets as much as I do. I once adopted a senior dog from the Lexington Humane Society... she has since passed (Love you, Lucy!), but I have a special place in my heart for the older ones. All three of my dogs, I trained as puppies. Trust me, they know how to sit, stay, and even "dance"! :D I look forward to hearing from you! I’m currently working full time: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm in Lexington. Other than that, my evenings and weekends are free! I have three pups of my own that I care for as well. I know how important it is to make sure our pets get enough potty breaks (if you have dogs). I also know that your cat will miss you just as much if you're not there to cuddle them, so I am happy to do that for you while you're gone!
