About: I’ve been an avid animal lover since I was a kid. I have worked with and been around a wide variety of animals including cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, fish, ferrets and more. Not only do my own animals rely on me for quality care, I have had the pleasure of caring for other animals while friends and family are away. Currently I am the owner of 4 dogs, 26 chickens and 9 ducks. Every morning before work I make sure all of my animals have food and water, as well as making sure my dogs get all of their daily vitamins and dental sticks. Additionally my dogs get monthly flea/tick prevention and heart worm prevention. Right now this will just be a part time job but I am hoping to expand and make this my full time and only job. Currently I have open availability on weekends as well as morning and night availability throughout the week. Caring for pets is a big responsibility and I take pride in knowing animals will be safe with me. At the beginning of booking with me I would set up a meet and greet to make sure your pets are comfortable with me. After doing so, we would begin services. During services I will make sure to closely monitor your pets, keep them leashed while not in a fenced in area, keep away from road ways and other - potentially dangerous animals. I would also ensure timely medication, feeding, and watering schedules.

I’m available for daytime drop-in visits, and on weekends (when in town) I’m fully available for dog sitting in your home, my home, or for additional check-ins. I have been an animal therapist for over 3 yrs and have had all sorts of animals my whole life. I have ample experience caring for pets with mobility issues, incontinence, kidney disease, diabetes, anxiety, or other illnesses. I can provide gold standard care regardless of your pet's needs- including oral, topical, or injectable medications, subcutaneous fluid therapy, or just being a patient and calm friend to a fearful friend. I love and care for dogs and cats equally! I currently work a full-time 9-to-5 but have a somewhat flexible schedule within those hours. Early mornings, lunch breaks, evenings, nighttime checks, and weekends are all available options. If taking your pet out of the house, I like to have a fit check of your leash/harness or collar setup first. If your pet is known to be a "houdini" who can escape their gear, I may recommend alternatives and can help you with fitting your pet appropriately and/or bring a second form of containment with me (such as a slip leash used at vet offices) to ensure your pet's safety.

About: Hey there! I am a pet/animal lover and enthusiast. I would have all the animals in the world if I could. I currently have 1 dog, Kash, and 1 cat, Darla Jean. Animals and caring for them are my life! Here’s my why: My grandmother lost her husband at a young age. She never dated again. She took in dogs and taking care of those dogs became her life purpose. Growing up, I would always want to visit my grandmother so that I could stay up all night with her and take care of the dogs. It became our thing. I feel that I am now living out my grandmother’s purpose by fulfilling my own purpose in giving unconditional love and care to any animal that crosses my path, just as she would have done. I love animals, and quite honestly, more than people, haha! I pay close attention to the pet's whereabouts when caring for them at client's homes. When taking them for walks, I feel it is important to walk them at their comfort level (breeds who need more exercise should be walked longer, older dogs walked shorter, etc) or based on the wishes of the owner. I will spend as much one on one time with the pet as the owner would like, and will give them all of my attention!
