They are truly my passion. 🐾 Caring for them isn’t just something I do, it’s something that fills my heart. 💚 I have a special love and deep experience with breeds such as English Bulldogs, French Bulldogs, Lhasa Apsos, Shih Tzus, Shorkies, Greyhounds, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, and Bernedoodles, but I genuinely enjoy caring for all breeds and personalities. Every pup deserves to feel safe, adored, and understood. Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My family loves dogs too, and on occasion, trusted family members may stop by simply to meet my furry clients and share a few extra cuddles (not to assist with care), but purely because they enjoy loving on dogs. 🐶 Some of my favorite repeat clients even get to travel with me, including family visits and store outings (photos available!). Your dog gets real-life experiences, companionship, and enrichment—not just a place to stay. Over the years, I have lovingly been a full-time fur mom to up to three dogs at the same time, gaining daily, hands-on experience managing multiple dogs under one roof. Currently, my home includes Khaleesi, my sweet English Bulldog girl. I also carry deep love for my Lhasa Apso, who crossed the rainbow bridge in August 2023 🌈. My Shorkie was lovingly rehomed with an older family member to provide emotional support, and while she no longer lives in my home, she remains part of my extended family story. I’m also what I proudly call a “Mid-Woof” 🐶—I have independently and successfully delivered 4 litters of puppies in my home and have personally whelped, nursed, and raised two litters until 4–8 weeks of age before helping them find their forever homes. I understand canine behavior, comfort, and care on a deeper level than most. I will love on your fur baby as if they were my own. Bulldogs, in particular, require a special level of patience, knowledge, and care and if you’re a bulldog parent, I’m absolutely your girl. After working from home for seven years, I’ve adjusted my availability while remaining intentional and reliable. I’m a mom to young children under 10 who are gentle, respectful, and great with dogs 🥰. I’m available for daytime drop-in visits, and on weekends (when in town) I’m fully available for dog sitting in your home, my home, or for additional check-ins. I have plenty of grassy space where I live in a dog friendly neighborhood. I also have a fur baby to keep your dogs company if needed for service in my home. I have a dog area set up in my home. We also travel to dog parks when weather permits, if your dog needs activities, we will go on walks and even to our favorite dog park!

About: I grew up with German Shepherds. Since 2013 I have had the honor of being a mom to 9 dogs who are and have been absolutely loved and spoiled! Bear Gwendolyn (Rottweiler) crossed the Rainbow Bridge at 12 from Osteosarcoma, Spike Jamison ( German Shepherd) crossed the Rainbow Bridge at 10 from Hermangiosarcoma. Enzo Ferarri crossed the Rainbow Bridge at 12 from complications of Cushings Disease. Enzo was my heart and soul pup. I am currently dog mom to: Delco Dani - Female spayed 2 year old Rottweiler Mantequilla Rouix - Female non spayed 1-year old Field Golden Retriever Rookington Highpockets - Male spayed 2 year old Anatolian Shepherd Fia Versace - Female spayed 13 year old Minature Pinscher Rico Suave- Male spayed 12 year old Daschund- chihuahua mix I currently pet sit my 8 month old German Shepherd Fur niece Pepper Jack Cheese I temporarily fostered Kyra a 5 year old bully mix from November 2025 until April 2026. I took her in from a man I helped on a call at work. He had to have his leg amputated and had no family to take her at the time. 22 years as a police officer 17 years as a helicopter crew chief in the USAF I had a miniature pinscher who was diabetic and had cushings. I also have three dogs who currently need medications. I am able to administer medications. My dogs are all different energy levels and each dog has its own personality. I understand every dog is different 😁 I understand different work shifts and needs. Will offer military, police, and first responder discounts. I retired after 20 years of policing in NY. I am currently back working for another PD here in KY but I am in the process of going back to retired life. I spend a lot of time with my pups. My schedule will be part time for now but transition to full time pet sitter. I have a fenced in yard so plenty of space for play. I will care for your pet in your home according to your pets needs and instructions. Each pet is different and has their own personality so I will cater to those needs.

About: I have always been passionate about helping and caring for people and animals. I have care experience with many breeds and types of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, rodents, reptiles, and horses. I adore dogs especially — their friendliness, loyalty, and energetic demeanor is contagious, and I love them so much for it! My dream is to rescue animals and help to find their forever homes. I will love and care for your pet(s) like my own. As for more about me, I am originally from Kentucky, and I studied music, specifically opera, all throughout college. About: I have 3 dogs of my own and have cared for many! For long periods or short periods, I know how hard it is to trust someone to watch your pups. My house is completely dog proof at this point. They will definitely be in good hands! I started rover because as a pet parent, the thought of finding someone to trust with my dog makes me so nervous. I really want to ease others minds and know their dog is in the hands of someone who LOVES to do this. I really enjoy making these dogs happy and taken care of. I truly treat them like my own, which is like my children! This is now my full time job so I will be home fully with your pet unless I have other drop-in visits to complete. My dogs are very friendly and like playing with others. Each of my dogs are AKC certified CGC (canine good citizens). My yard is fenced in and completely secure. My house is doggy proof, no one is eating anything they shouldn’t on my watch! Everything that a dog could get into is put up. I have a pool opened in the summer with stairs that the dogs can go into, also separately fenced for the pups that can’t swim. Keeping a clean and sanitized house is important to me for my dogs and your dogs health. My couch covers are washed weekly and my floors and my dog’s crates are cleaned with kennel sol which kills most dog related illnesses. My dogs are vaccinated. You are more than welcome inside my house to see the set up!

About: I've been a lover of animals all my life and have worked with service dogs in training. I will treat animals as if they are my own! I am currently an architecture college student studying at UK! I have busy schedule on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, but I have a pretty open after 11am on Thursdays and before noon + after 6pm on Fridays. Additionally, I am free every week day after 6pm and all weekends! I will not be able to care for pups in my home. I live in an university dorm and currently training a service dog in training for 4Paws.

About: I have had pets my whole life, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and a hamster. I also worked at the Lexington Humane Society for over 4 years, as kennel technician and a full-time vet assistant where I cared for all of our animals and livestock. I have been a dog and kitten foster parent for over 3 years. I foster failed my 6th foster dog 🤭. I have experience with crate training, leash training, and basic obedience training, as well as training in emergency and senior animal care. I have a strong understanding of dog body language, experience with canine introductions, and have experience with medication administration. I have a passion for animals and would love to help care for yours! I am currently available most mornings, afternoons, and evenings as I am taking some time off of work before transitioning into human medicine. I am available for drop in visits or boarding in my home, both during the day and overnight. My own dog is crate trained, but spends his time free roaming in my bedroom while i’m away. I have a large crate available for use if needed. My dog loves other canine friends, so if you would like a companion for your pet, there is space for playtime in my home. Otherwise, I would be more than happy to travel to your home to spend some time with your fur babies! (Dogs will be kept separate if left unattended in my home). I do not have a yard, but have plenty of grassy areas and walking trails nearby for your furry friend to get some exercise!

About: I’m a certified volunteer handler for service dogs in training at 4 Paws for Ability. Sitters and handlers are trained to train, care for, and accumulate soon to be service dog puppies. I also have have experience as an overnight pet sitter for dogs of all sizes and backgrounds. I am comfortable with any breed and do well with pets suffering from anxiety. I just moved to Lexington to start my PhD program at UK and am excited to get to know the area. A lot of my work and research is done outside of class so little time will be spent away from your pups! It’s totally normal for your pet to get the puppy blues without you there. Some things I do that has often helped ease this anxiety is being available for around the clock care, doing some soothing activities like mat licking, and lots of belly scratches!
