I genuinely enjoy being around animals, whether it’s spending time with dogs, visiting cat cafés, or stopping by the humane society to hang out with the animals there. About: I have always been passionate about helping and caring for people and animals. I have care experience with many breeds and types of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, rodents, reptiles, and horses. About: I am pretty flexible around my work schedule with caring for dogs, I can find a way to make sure your dogs are a top priority in my daily schedule. Since my work schedule does range, I will keep my availability updated. I have always taken care of my own dogs and other people’s almost my whole life since I was a preteen. I absolutely adore getting to know other dogs and giving/receiving love from them. I’ve been training with dogs since I was 11 years old in basic manners, tricks, and agility, so I am experienced in training puppies and younger dogs. I am always up for learning more about other dogs and their personalities as well. They are such intriguing and beautiful animals. I make sure to walk dogs before and after work. Dog park a few times a week. (If that’s in their routine) And lots of cuddle time! Brushing and brushing teeth are weekly tasks normally. I ask for the pets’ normal routine. This way, it is less stressful on them that their routine doesn’t change as much with their person/people gone.

About: I have been caring of a variety fur babies since I was a kid. I have experience with working with both younger and older fur babies. I am currently working full time while coming my masters online in counseling so I do have flexibility with working overnights. If need more availability please contact me. I have a fenced area at my apartment complex for dogs if needed. I have a variety of teats and toys for cats if needed.

About: Ever since I was a baby I have had a dog in my household. As soon as I could get a dog of my own I got Bentley, my German Shepherd/Coon Hound mix. I adopted him at only 6 weeks old back in 2020. Growing up neighbors would ask me to cat sit when they were on vacation which included changing litter, feeding, and playing with the cat daily. Additionally, I have been asked to help walk dogs and to house sit in the past! I live in the Hamburg area and work full time at the University of Kentucky. My traditional work hours are 8am-5pm M-F with an hour lunch break. I would be willing to carve out time in my lunch to walk or care for pets. I do not work weekends, and have the most availability to care for pets during that time! I am extremely trustworthy and will abide by any rules you have for your fur baby. I am experienced with crating, and have no concerns with helping to put your animal back in a crate after caring for it. My fur baby, Bentley, is also extremely dog friendly so if your animal needs socialization with another, I could provide that! Unfortunately, due to the nature of my living environment I cannot board myself as I live in an apartment.

About: Overs and make sure it gets the proper exercise. the last 5 years I have taken care of dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have lots of energy which is perfect for keeping up with a dog. I would give your dog the best care and my full attention. I would take your dog for plenty of walks and make sure it gets the proper exercise. I will also make sure you come home to a clean house.

About: I am a certified professional dog trainer and was a veterinary assistant for over 8 years. I have over a decade of experience caring for animals large and small. I have ample experience caring for pets with mobility issues, incontinence, kidney disease, diabetes, anxiety, or other illnesses. I can provide gold standard care regardless of your pet's needs- including oral, topical, or injectable medications, subcutaneous fluid therapy, or just being a patient and calm friend to a fearful friend. I love and care for dogs and cats equally! I currently work a full-time 9-to-5 but have a somewhat flexible schedule within those hours. Early mornings, lunch breaks, evenings, nighttime checks, and weekends are all available options. If taking your pet out of the house, I like to have a fit check of your leash/harness or collar setup first. If your pet is known to be a "houdini" who can escape their gear, I may recommend alternatives and can help you with fitting your pet appropriately and/or bring a second form of containment with me (such as a slip leash used at vet offices) to ensure your pet's safety.

About: Hey there! I am a pet/animal lover and enthusiast. I would have all the animals in the world if I could. I currently have 1 dog, Kash, and 1 cat, Darla Jean. Animals and caring for them are my life! Here’s my why: My grandmother lost her husband at a young age. She never dated again. She took in dogs and taking care of those dogs became her life purpose. Growing up, I would always want to visit my grandmother so that I could stay up all night with her and take care of the dogs. It became our thing. I feel that I am now living out my grandmother’s purpose by fulfilling my own purpose in giving unconditional love and care to any animal that crosses my path, just as she would have done. I love animals, and quite honestly, more than people, haha! About: I have had pets my whole life, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and a hamster. I also worked at the Lexington Humane Society for over 4 years, as kennel technician and a full-time vet assistant where I cared for all of our animals and livestock. I have been a dog and kitten foster parent for over 3 years. I foster failed my 6th foster dog 🤭. I have experience with crate training, leash training, and basic obedience training, as well as training in emergency and senior animal care. I have a strong understanding of dog body language, experience with canine introductions, and have experience with medication administration. I have a passion for animals and would love to help care for yours! I am currently available most mornings, afternoons, and evenings as I am taking some time off of work before transitioning into human medicine. I am available for drop in visits or boarding in my home, both during the day and overnight. My own dog is crate trained, but spends his time free roaming in my bedroom while i’m away. I have a large crate available for use if needed. My dog loves other canine friends, so if you would like a companion for your pet, there is space for playtime in my home.
