About: I grew up riding horses and having small dogs around the house, so caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I've been dog and cat sitting off and on for the past 8 years, and I've been working in barns and caring for horses for 12. Today, I'm lucky enough to have a dog and cat of my own, so I understand how important it is to have someone you truly trust caring for your pets while you're away. I have a bachelor's degree in Equine Science, with Animal Science as one of my three minors. Through my education and years of hands-on experience, I've developed a strong understanding of animal care, behavior, health, and daily management across a variety of animals. I have experience caring for senior pets, anxious and reactive animals, and animals with additional medical needs. About: Ive taken care of dogs and cats all my life I personally have 2 dogs and one cat. Ive lived around animals my whole life and love them all dearly. I am currently a college student and I am in a musical theatre production but I will have plenty of time for your pets in between classes and before and after rehearsals! I will give your pets all the attention I do not offer services in my home because my cat is very jumpy but I will gladly come over and keep your baby company, walk them and feed them.

I have fairly open availability as much of my work and school work right now is all in house. For boarding I have open availability. For walks I can do anything after 12pm. My apartment has a dog park attached to it so we can go outside and run and play! My neighbor has a large amount of sidewalks and grass that makes for great walks and sniffing time. I have a cat in the house that adores dogs and other cats and just wants to cuddle all the time, all of her stuff is raised so dogs can’t get into it. About: I’ve had dogs in my home since I was 9 years old, from 2 month old puppies to senior dogs, and taking care of them has been the best part of my day! I like to focus on mental stimulation as well as physical with dogs so they have a sound mind and body. I’m familiar with crate training, and puppy care, including a solid understanding of training the basics. I’m used to energetic and fast-paced dogs but I love my older and more mellow dogs as well! I’ve pet sat my fair share of cats and feel comfortable with them too. My Australian shepherd and I just moved out to Lexington recently, but I’m excited to offer my services now including recurring dog walking :) let me know if you have any questions for me! I am a flight student so that is my biggest time commitment which is 4 hours 3-4x a week. I know my schedule far out and can adjust my other responsibilities such as coursework and caring for my own dog and any other that may be in my care. I am never gone for too long and making sure the dogs are doing well is a priority that’s extremely important to me. If there is a yard, that will be utilized to the fullest, but I will take full advantage of what the neighborhood has to offer for fun walks/providing sufficient daily stimulation for the dog. For example, if I can take the pet hiking, to the park, for walks, etc. Also, does your pet get along with other animals, children, or people well, and does your pet get car sick? These variables are essential information for me to know to ensure the best care while you are away. My passion is pets, and I want to ensure your pets are comfortable and safe with me, so I highly encourage more than enough information on caring for your babies. Please note if your location is 40 miles, plus, in distance from my Rover given location, I charge for milage, for the traveling/distance in the initial reservation contact message for meet and greets. About: I have 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant, and over my life I have had 2 dogs and 2 cats. I currently live with my adorable kitty. I love my cat so much and I would give your dog the same amount of care and love :) I am a college student and have class in the morning. On Wednesday and Fridays my day ends around 3:30 but the other days end between 10-12. Preferred to go into the client's home since I have pets myself. If you have specific requests for your animal, I try to abide by that as best as possible. With dogs, I prefer to always keep them on a leash outside if there is no fenced yard.

About: I have dog sat and walked for family and friends for years. I am the mom of a mini schnauzer Loki and cat Sylvie. Animals bring so much joy into the world and I try to bring joy into their days as much as I can! I am an Athletic Trainer at a local high school. I work evenings so have the whole morning free. About: - There has never been a point in my life where I did not have a dog and a cat as a pet, so I have been surrounded by them for as long as I can remember. - I moved out of my parents house and now I don’t have a dog of my own. I honestly just need to be around some dogs because they just make me so happy.
