“Caroline watched my dog for the first time and took such great care of her! She is a senior dog and Caroline makes sure to give her the attention she needs always. Thank you for all the pictures you send!”

“Risa is terrific with our cats. She is reliable and follows all our instructions. She stays the full 30 minutes and gives attention to our cats beyond our minimum expectations. We’ve used her twice now and she will always be our go to sitter.”

“William is awesome! 10/10 recommend. We met prior to the booking to ensure a good fit for all parties. He is communicative, seems to care about my baby, and spent the time to take her on good walks as well as valuable playtime. I looked forward to pictures of Maple along with William’s description of the visit after each one! He had mentioned having a girlfriend in town during our meet & greet, so when he asked if she could join for one of the visits I was thrilled! More love for my girl. And I know had I told him I wasn’t comfortable with that he would have respected my choice, too.”

“From the second Minal walked in during our meet and greet, my cat immediately loved her. You can tell that she is the type of person that animals immediately trust. She did an amazing job looking after my cat while I was out of town. Would highly recommend and definitely book again for any future trips.”

“Sophia was amazing! Went above and beyond to make each of my cats feel cared for during my time away. Especially my youngest, who is shy and never connected with previous drop-in sitters, for the first time didn't look scared in the visit photos!”

“Miranda was amazing, she was timely and thorough. Our guy seemed happy and content when we returned home. I will absolutely book Miranda again as my first choice when possible for all further needs!”

“Cecille made an otherwise challenging process so effortless by being available with very little notice and by being communicative and flexible in making arrangements. Throughout the process, she was willing to go above and beyond my expectations to make sure my fur child was cared for, and in doing so, provided such valuable peace of mind. Cecille, thank you so much for your time and kindness!”

“Chris was great! Spyder can get nervous with new people but he was comfortable with Chris. She even brought him a toy! It was nice to have someone trustworthy when I was gone for a long period of time.”

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong dog lover and owner living in Maplewood, MO, with my friendly 5 yr old Aussie, Porter. While I'm newer to pet sitting on Rover, I've cared for dogs my whole life and have plenty of experience watching the pups of friends and family. Whether it's walks, playtime, or cuddles, in here to ensure your furry friend feels happy and cared for while you're away! I'm available on the weekends and work from home Mondays and Fridays, giving your pup plenty of attention, potty breaks and daily walks. I'm open to Tues-Thurs care as well, but the pup would have to be okay in a crate or out for 8 hours while I'm at work for the day. I have a fenced in yard for the pup to play, potty and get exercise in. I have a 5 year old aussie who is super friendly and would love the company of another dog! While I'll be home most of the time with your pup, when I step out of the house I'm happy to kennel them or leave them out, whatever makes you and the pup feel the most comfortable!

“Kylie was a wonderful cat-sitter for our Ruth. She sent regular updates and was a fantastic friend to Ruth and gained both our pet's trust and ours. We cannot recommend her enough!”

“Hannah took very good care of my cats. She was on time each visit and followed my instructions. Both cats were friendly with her right from the start. I hope to use Hannah’s services again.”

About: I have experience taking care of dogs of all sizes, from family pets to neighbor pets while they are away. I have fed, walked, and played with their furry friends whenever they needed it. My work schedule is very flexible, so I can make pet caring work virtually at any time of the day, but most easily in the early morning or later afternoon. I am usually available any time in the weekend and holidays as well! I follow your instructions carefully to keep routines consistent, whether that's feeding, playtime, potty break, litter cleaning, or snuggles. I send regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

“Jessica did daily drop-in visits while we were on vacation for 9 days. She took great care of our kitties, gave us updates and photos, and they warmed up to her quickly. Would highly recommend.”

About: Experienced & reliable University City dog walker and drop-in sitter with 20+ years of pet care experience (including senior & pups). Background-checked and always happy to send photos and updates! Hi, I’m Beth! I live in University City and have over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages and breeds, including senior dogs and pups with special needs, I’m fully background-checked and committed to providing safe, loving, and dependable care. Whether your pet needs a quick walk, a drop-in visit, daily exercise, oral medication, or just a little extra TLC, I treat every animal like my own. You can always expect on-time arrival, respectful care in your home, and a photo and update after each visit so you know your pet is happy and safe. As a mom of three, I’m a pro at multitasking, staying calm under pressure, and showing up! I’m currently working around my kids’ school schedules to spend time doing something I truly enjoy — helping other pet parents and spending time with animals. Service Area: University City • Clayton • Maplewood and nearby neighborhoods Rates: Drop-In Visits $18 • Dog Walks $14 • Puppies — $20 per drop-in / $16 per walk 🐾 Intro Treat! Since I’m new to Rover, my walks & drop-ins are currently at “new sitter” pricing — grab a spot while it’s still open! I’d love to meet you and earn your trust (and your pup’s!) — feel free to contact me for a meet and greet anytime! I have morning flexibility Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 8am-12pm. I also have some weekend and evenings open depending on the time. I am open to long or short walks or just drop in visits to feed and check on them! In your home, I will follow your pet's routine that you request — from feeding and potty breaks to playtime. I understand how important it is to maintain their normal schedule and surroundings, especially when you're away. I’m punctual, clean, and respectful of your space, always making sure your pet feels secure and your home is just as you left it.

About: My whole life, I've provided care and love to a series of five lovable golden retrievers and numerous other dogs. I've promoted their health through frequent walks and exercise, given comfort to them through play and cuddles, and have paid the utmost attention to their needs. I taught one of my family's current goldens to obey commands when he was a puppy and helped the other to overcome his fear of swimming through gentle encouragement and coaxing. I will provide all this experience to ensure your dogs enjoy their time! I'm currently a PhD student at WashU and so have the majority of my availability in the evenings and weekends. Weekends are best, especially considering the rigors of the school year. My philosophy with pet care is to be gentle but fair. I will go along with the pet's needs for the majority of the time and encourage their development through correction of their behaviors, when necessary. This correction will be done through verbal warnings just strong enough to get the message across, without being overly hostile.

About: I am a compassionate pet sitter with a genuine love for dogs of all breeds and sizes. Providing in-home pet care, I create a secure and comfortable environment for your furry companions. I have experience in dog walking and dog sitting. I will ensure your pet will receive the exercise and attention they need to stay healthy and happy. I carefully balance my schedule to provide the best care for the animals I look after. Despite my work responsibilities, I dedicate quality time before and after work to attend to the needs of the pets. When I am not pet sitting, I volunteer at a local animal shelter as a dog walker! In my home or my client's home, I provide attentive pet care, including feeding, regular walks, playtime, and lots of love and attention. I ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the pets, addressing their specific needs and preferences.
