About: I'm a college student staying in town for the summer, and I miss my dog back home! With 8 years of experience caring for him—and 10 years of walking neighbors' dogs—I’m excited to connect with local pets and give them the same love and energy I’d give my own! I’m doing full-time research this summer, but I have lots of time before and after work—and on weekends—dedicated to spending time with pets. About: Growing up, my house was full of animals! We had dogs, cats, turtles, chinchillas, and everything in between! That being said, I am happy to assist with animals of all kids. I currently have two cats and a dog. My dog is a 2 year old pittie rescue, and he has severe separation anxiety so I am experienced giving medication. In addition, I previously had a cat with a heart condition so I am comfortable giving cats medication as well. I would love to help care for your fur babies! I am a teacher full-time and am looking to pet sit with availability during the week after school and anytime on weekends. Over the summer, my availability becomes completely open! I will create a loving relationship with your dog/cat and spend quality time with them! Any directions given will be followed, and I will make sure your pet is cared for.

Avi was great! She worked with us to get and return keys and meet our cats before our trip. She took care of feeding our cats, and even was able to make sure to give one cat his insulin shots. We got several pictures each day showing how the kiddos looked, and the seemed to warm up to Avi quickly. This was our first time using a pet sitter, and our experience was wonderful! I highly recommend Avi and Rover!
