I recently started a new job, which makes me available Monday through Friday before 7.30 AM and after 5 PM and any time on weekends. Additionally, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday I can check on your pet during my lunch break.

Cat Care: I will take care of all the chores you need me to do, from cleaning litter boxes, feeding (I am used to picky eaters and will make sure your fur babies will eat), giving medicine (I have experience giving oral medication) and make sure there is time for cuddling and playing. Dog Walking / Care: After your dog and I had time to get acquainted in your/their house, we will go on a walk or spend time in your yard, whichever you prefer. I will always make sure the activities are appropriate to your dogs and the weather. I'll make sure your fur baby has plenty of water after walks or playtime and make sure they are happy and healthy. Let me know if there are any special needs and preferences! I will give your pets the best treatment and take care of their individual needs.

I love long walks and playing fetch or other game with dogs but I understand that every dog has a different personality and need for exercise. Similar with cats, I love playing and cuddles but know that cats have different preferences. Just let me know and I’ll make sure your pet has a good time!

I moved to University City in 2023 after many years of splitting my time between my home here and my family’s home in Berlin, Germany. My husband and I adopted two young cats, who have truly become our fur-babies. They are always up to date with vaccines, tick and flea medication and are FIV negative. Dog Walking / Care: While I grew up with cats, I have also always had dogs in my live, from walking neighbors Spanish rescue mixed-breed to playing with my aunt’s energetic Jack Russel and Labrador mix and walking and caring for my husband’s family’s Great Pyrenees, senior Havanese and lively Chihuahua. After I moved to St. Louis I became a volunteer dog walker at the APA, which is one of the most fulfilling hobbies I have. I will abide by all your requests for walking, playing, feeding, and other needs and preferences your pet has.

Anne Sophia did a great job caring for my cat while I was out of town, and she kept me fully apprised of how things were going with photos and comments. Upon my return, it was good to see that my cat, Mr. Myles, was calm and happy; his litter box, food and water area were immaculate too. I would highly recommend Anne Sophia for your next trip or getaway! She is fabulous!
