Krystina did a wonderful job with Scout! Scout doesn’t warm up to many people, so I was impressed when she immediately took to Krystina during our meet-and-greet. Krystina took the time to walk her and made both Scout and me feel comfortable right away. I felt completely confident leaving Scout in her care, which says a lot. Lauren took great care of our girl, Josie, while we were out of town! She stayed at our house with Jo and was there with her most of the time, took her on nice long walks every day, and sent frequent updates. She was diligent in making sure she understood all of Josie’s routine and habits and her daily medication schedule. She had a run in with a not so nice dog on one of their walks too and by the sounds of it handled it like a pro! Josie was happy and her usual self when we got home to her. We’ll definitely be using Lauren again!
