We were nervous going into this booking because Lucy takes a while to warm up to new people and tends to be anxious/vocal at first but Debbie was so patient and consistent with her that by the end of the stay, Lucy had gone from barking and hiding in the bedroom to a completely zero-bark day, letting Debbie scratch her ears and even walk her on leash. That kind of progress with an anxious dog speaks volumes about how gentle and attentive Debbie is. Rumi, our happy-go-lucky girl, was Debbie's shadow the whole time and clearly felt right at home with her too.
