About: If you’re looking for someone who will care for your pets as if they were their own, you’ve found the right person. My name is Nicolette, and I believe animals deserve attentive, calm, and compassionate care. I have over 20 years of experience caring for animals and 3 years of experience on Rover. After taking a brief break, I returned to pet care after fostering with AZ Husky Rescue and Saving One Life. These experiences reinforced my commitment to providing safe, structured, and loving care. I currently live in a home with three dogs and one cat. All resident pets are well-socialized, friendly, and accustomed to other animals. To ensure safety and individualized attention, I accept one client household at a time. I work from home, which allows me to be fully present and attentive to your pet’s needs, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, and comfort throughout the day. I have a secure fenced yard and supplies on hand in case of emergencies. For overnight stays, pets must be crate trained, and I have a crate large enough for larger dogs if needed. My goal is to provide a calm, structured, and loving environment so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are safe, cared for, and happy. I work from home so I will be able to be attentive to your pets needs 24/7. I will be able to stick to their feeding schedule, regular potty breaks, and walks if needed. I have a fenced yard and plenty of supplies on hand in case of emergencies. If needed, I have a crate big enough for large dogs.
About: I’ve been a dog owner for over 10 years and have cared for both male and female pups since they were tiny puppies. I handle every part of their care — daily feeding, walks, playtime, grooming, and regular vet visits. My dog have always been part of the family, so I know how important it is to find someone who’ll love and care for them like you do. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, or keeping up with their routines, I make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and right at home. I’m home most of the day since I’m a stay-at-home mom. My 2½-year-old son goes to daycare five days a week, and my husband works from home — so there’s always someone around to give your pup attention and company. Our schedule is flexible, and caring for pets easily fits into our daily routine. Whether that’s boarding them at my home, doing short drop-in visits to feed and check on them, or offering quick potty breaks and playtime. Your pet will always be safe, loved, and never left alone for long. I treat every dog like family and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. At home, I have a sweet 6-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who’s gentle and friendly with other small dogs. We live in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks for walks and we’re close to a dog park for extra playtime. Our yard is fully fenced, so dogs can run and explore safely under supervision. Inside, pets have a clean, cozy space to relax, and there’s a gate at the stairs to keep everyone safe and contained when needed. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I always follow their normal routines — feeding times, walks, and play — so their pup feels comfortable and secure. I treat every dog like my own and make sure they get lots of love, attention, and care while you’re away.

I highly recommend Delores as a pet sitter,. She took excellent care of my older Chiahuahua’ mix.. She was patient and gentle as my dog learned to adjust to a new home environment with other male dogs, and decided to mark his territory at her home! She obviates has a kind way with dogs!

From what I could tell, Tigger had a lot of fun! Lily has 3 other dogs who were very sweet and played well with Tigger. When I got her back she was so tired she just slept the rest of the night! Lily was very communicative and did everything I requested. This was truly a last minute life saver!

I personally did not get to meet Michelle because I was already out of town but my roommate spoke highly of her. She has been responsive, polite and she took adorable photos so that I could check up on my teddy bear while being so far away! I will for sure use her services again!

Being from Florida and not knowing anyone here... I selected Kayla for my Pup. I Dropped Callie off at 5AM. A nervous first time Rover experience for Callie while friends and went on a hot air balloon trip! Kayla sent many pictures with her kids and Callie loving the family. I was back in 4 hours and I was NOT stressed AT ALL, since I saw she was in GREAT hands! I highly recommend Kayla! Callie says THANKS for all of the kisses too.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Cimarron Hills commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
