“Rachel and Henrik (and their two wonderful kids!) watched our two Goldendoodles for the weekend, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. From the start, it was clear this was a perfect fit—we did a meet-and-greet beforehand, and instantly felt comfortable. Their home is beautiful, clean, and has a great backyard where our dogs had plenty of space to run and play. More importantly, our dogs were treated like part of the family—they got tons of attention, snuggles, and care all weekend. We also really appreciated the frequent updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind. When we dropped them off, our dogs were so excited they ran right in without hesitation—that says everything. You can truly tell how much Rachel and Henrik love dogs and care for them as their own. One of the nicest families we’ve met, and we felt completely at ease knowing our dogs were so well cared for. We will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dog care.”

“Lesley was amazing with Winston. Winston is an only child. When he met Lesley, Karen and their 2 dogs (Dyson & Rory), Winston was scared. We stayed for almost 1 hr for meet and greet. Then, I took Winston back 2 more times for meet and greet so that Winston could be comfortable with Dyson & Rory. Needless to say, Winston bonded with both dogs, especially Dyson. Lesley and Karen were very accommodating, kind and attentive to Winston. Karen is home all the time. Winston is never alone. Their house and enclosed back yard is dog heaven. Everything is dog friendly. In fact, when Winston stayed with them, he did not like his dog food that he had been eating all his life, Karen supplemented his food by cooking for him. Lesley and Karen are dog lovers and will go above and beyond for Winston. I got daily photos and video of him. Winston loves staying with Lesley and Karen. He was mopping around the house for a couple of days when we got back home because he missed his doggy friends. I highly recommend Lesley and Karen. Winston will definitely be back!!!!”

“I was so fortunate to have found Anastasiia to watch our dog Axel when we traveled to Europe. We had booked a sitter who cancelled - leaving us with very little time to find another over the holiday season. We had Anastasiia was reasonably priced compared to some of the other sitters available (watch out for price gouging during the holidays). I had booked someone who was less expensive but when we did the meet and great, I saw that they were using Rover to run a kennel: 10 dogs kept in an 8x6 garage - with no one home! I took a chance on Anastasiia because she is new to Rover. When I met her in her home, I could tell right away that Axel would be in good hands! The home is charming and so was Anastasiia's partner :-). During Axel's stay he got to go to the park and play and even got to go on a hike. Anastasiia asked me if it was ok to take him and how he was in the car. The pictures of their adventure made me smile :-). I was sent lots of pictures during Axel's stay - most either playing or lounging lol Axel was in good spirits when we picked him up. I felt comfortable and confident that my family member was being given good care while we were overseas. I highly recommend.”

I create an environment where each dog can settle in at their own pace. I keep my bookings limited so each dog receives the attention and care they deserve— this is not a high-volume setup. You’ll receive regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for. I also offer flexible scheduling and optional pickup/drop-off within a reasonable distance to make travel days as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m home all day and can be very flexible with schedules, feeding times, walks, and routines. This allows me to give each pet plenty of attention, enrichment, and reassurance throughout the day so they always feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away Your peace of mind and your pet’s safety and emotional wellbeing always come first. For this reason I send daily updates with photos/video so you can be at ease knowing your baby is being well taken care of. When caring for pets in my space, I have a fully fenced yard and a built in playmate. I do very slow, supervised introductions with my own dog, Winny, who is a very playful, happy girl. If either dog prefers space, I can easily accommodate comfortably separating the pups as needed both indoor and outdoors.

About: I am an experienced animal owner! I’ve chicken sat, lizard wrangled and cat entertained. I went through k-9 training with my own dogs. However I am also well versed in the practices of the Monks of New Skete. I’ve had six of my own large dogs, six lizards and a plethora of other small animals. I look forward to time with your pet! I’m currently an art teacher/artist/mom. I follow school schedules, and have no plans to go on vacation. So generally, weekends, vacations and afternoons are the best.
