We received daily updates and photos which was very comforting to us being away on a trip. The dogs certainly enjoyed their stay and the loving attention they got during their stay. Nav is our go to pet sitter for our elderly husky. We have booked Nav so many times for when we travel that may dog gets excited when he pull up to her house. She sends many photos and videos during his stay, and our dog looks happy and relaxed. We are lucky to have found Nav !
Yaina was AMAZING with our dog, Robert. From first communications, to meet and greet, to Robert’s stay at her home, Yaina was kind and easy to talk to. She is clearly great with dogs and understands their behaviors. This was our first time boarding via Rover or with someone we did not know personally and we were nervous but Robert was instantly at ease in her home which made us feel comfortable too. During the stay, Yaina sent us many photos and some videos too. Our boy genuinely had a great time. We definitely plan on boarding with Yaina again for future trips and we would recommend her to all dog parents!
From the moment we met Anna, we knew she was a good fit! She made booking the meet and greet, drop off and pick up super easy. Lesley was amazing with Winston. Winston is an only child. When he met Lesley, Karen and their 2 dogs (Dyson & Rory), Winston was scared. We stayed for almost 1 hr for meet and greet. Then, I took Winston back 2 more times for meet and greet so that Winston could be comfortable with Dyson & Rory. Needless to say, Winston bonded with both dogs, especially Dyson. Lesley and Karen were very accommodating, kind and attentive to Winston. Karen is home all the time. Winston is never alone. Their house and enclosed back yard is dog heaven. Everything is dog friendly. In fact, when Winston stayed with them, he did not like his dog food that he had been eating all his life, Karen supplemented his food by cooking for him. Lesley and Karen are dog lovers and will go above and beyond for Winston. I got daily photos and video of him. Winston loves staying with Lesley and Karen. He was mopping around the house for a couple of days when we got back home because he missed his doggy friends. I highly recommend Lesley and Karen. Winston will definitely be back!!!!
