“Rachel and Henrik (and their two wonderful kids!) watched our two Goldendoodles for the weekend, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. From the start, it was clear this was a perfect fit—we did a meet-and-greet beforehand, and instantly felt comfortable. Their home is beautiful, clean, and has a great backyard where our dogs had plenty of space to run and play. More importantly, our dogs were treated like part of the family—they got tons of attention, snuggles, and care all weekend. We also really appreciated the frequent updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind. When we dropped them off, our dogs were so excited they ran right in without hesitation—that says everything. You can truly tell how much Rachel and Henrik love dogs and care for them as their own. One of the nicest families we’ve met, and we felt completely at ease knowing our dogs were so well cared for. “Yvonne was great with our dog Chopper. We couldn't take him with us for the holidays and after a desperate search for the right match, we chose to board him with Yvonne. We were quite anxious to leave him behind for a week but from the start Yvonne was very accommodating, reassuring and great at communicating before and during boarding plus she patiently guided us through our first experience with Rover. Yaina was AMAZING with our dog, Robert. From first communications, to meet and greet, to Robert’s stay at her home, Yaina was kind and easy to talk to. She is clearly great with dogs and understands their behaviors. This was our first time boarding via Rover or with someone we did not know personally and we were nervous but Robert was instantly at ease in her home which made us feel comfortable too. During the stay, Yaina sent us many photos and some videos too. Our boy genuinely had a great time. We definitely plan on boarding with Yaina again for future trips and we would recommend her to all dog parents!
Lesley was amazing with Winston. Winston is an only child. When he met Lesley, Karen and their 2 dogs (Dyson & Rory), Winston was scared. We stayed for almost 1 hr for meet and greet. Then, I took Winston back 2 more times for meet and greet so that Winston could be comfortable with Dyson & Rory. Needless to say, Winston bonded with both dogs, especially Dyson. Lesley and Karen were very accommodating, kind and attentive to Winston. Karen is home all the time. Winston is never alone. Their house and enclosed back yard is dog heaven. Everything is dog friendly. In fact, when Winston stayed with them, he did not like his dog food that he had been eating all his life, Karen supplemented his food by cooking for him. Lesley and Karen are dog lovers and will go above and beyond for Winston. I got daily photos and video of him. Winston loves staying with Lesley and Karen. He was mopping around the house for a couple of days when we got back home because he missed his doggy friends. I highly recommend Lesley and Karen. Winston will definitely be back!!!!
