About: Hello! I’m Amy, and my husband, James, and I would be honored to care for your furry friend! Pets have always had a special place in my heart, so I decided to make a business out of my passion and help out other pet parents. I have been a responsible caregiver for both dogs and cats since I was a child. I have volunteered at several rescue groups, participated in foster care, and adopted several dogs. My current furry friend is a sweet 7 yr old spaniel mix named Scooter, and he gets along well with other dogs as well as cats. My husband and I both work from home so my hours are flexible and I am happy to work with your schedule. James is also a sitter and may be available to help if I am not. I work a hybrid schedule so I am home most of the time. I will be up front with you if there are any time conflicts. My husband, James, is usually home as well and available to help. I am happy to work with your schedule as best I can. I have a large fenced back yard with a doggy door to the house for clients who wish to drop off for day care or boarding. I take my own dog for 1-2 30+ min walks daily and will happily do the same with clients. I am also happy to do more frequent walks or go to the park if needed.

“Brooke and Nathan were amazing. They watched Dante for longer because I was stuck driving in bad weather. Dante was fast asleep on the drive home which meant he had a big day of fun and playing. Thanks to Brooke and Nathan for taking such good care of him!”

“Robert and Francesca were very welcoming of Lola. During her first stay Robert tried to make Lola as comfortable as possible by having me walk her to their yard and slip out quietly. They even administered a short term oral medication during her stay. Their dog pumpkin also makes the perfect low-stress playmate for Lola.”

About: I have had animals most of my life so caring for them is easy. We also have 2 small dogs of our own and 2 small children to keep them entertained. I run my own company so my schedule is extremely flexible and my wife is a stay at home mom so someone is always here to supervise. We have a fenced in yard and 2 small dogs for your dogs to play with. We don't keep the animals outside for very long, especially in the winter time. Our dogs are fed twice a day but as many feedings can be done as needed.

About: Let me spoil your pet! All the neighbors ask me to watch their fur babies. I'll be happy to watch yours, too! I'm semi-retired and have the time to devote to your pet. My wife and I are on the edge of being empty-nesters, and I would love nothing more than caring for your pet. I'm very flexible with my schedule since retiring from law enforcement (State of TN). My days are fairly open, and I can either bring your pet to my house to hang out or sit at your home with your fur baby. When your pet is with me, they will be with family! I will spoil and love your pet like it were my own and provide any care or directions required. I have a very flexible schedule and miss having my own pet (lost my companion in 2024). I'm not ready to have another pet for myself, but I would love to provide yours with the care it deserves. FYI- My Labradoodle, Katara, was special-needs. She suffered from seizures and anxiety. I have no problems administering meds. Your pet will be like family!

“Howdy had a great time with April and Eric! He loved playing with their dogs and toy basket. They were very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. Lots of updates and photos too!”

“Elisabeth was a great host for our 16 pound dog and provided many pics while our dog was with her for doggy day care for the 5 hours she kept him. He seemed to have a great time with her two dogs getting ample playtime. This was our first time using Rover and working with Elisabeth. She was kind and gave us help with using a first time discount!”

“Arie was awesome! We had a last minute booking with more pups than he usually takes but he saved my bacon while I moved. He has a super back yard and when I picked my babies up there were either sleeping in the yard or on the couch and full of smiles!!”

“I felt comfortable leaving my dog with Jessica. Jessica kept me informed and sent pictures during her time there. We did two day visits and have booked a week long stay, which I know will go well after seeing how well she was taken care of.”

“Amy is so great with my dog Scooter. She takes Scooter (25lb cocker spaniel mix) on a long walk every weekday while I'm at work. It's really great for him to get some activity during the day while I'm gone as he is aging and he gets so excited to see her every day. She's been around dogs her whole life and was a junior handler showing champion Dalmatians at dog shows. Amy is really great for the Rover community. Thanks Amy!”
