“Madi and her family were so welcoming and loving to my girls. They provided peace of mind and were accommodating to our extra needs due to being stuck out of town longer than anticipated. She sent multiple daily updates with photos showing me they were in the best of care. My girls experienced so many cuddles, walks, and a lot of playtime…they may have even been reluctant to leave Madi’s home! The communication was beyond excellent and I for sure trust her with my dogs again! 🐾🩷💕”

“Debbie was marvelous! We were a little nervous as our Abbey is a 13 year-old 3-pound chihuahua who is almost blind and Ghirardelli is a 6-pound bouncy poodle. Debbie has four dogs of her own. Two are huge boyzois! No worries-all four of her fur babies were very, very sweet! Debbie cuddled Abbey and our babies slept with her grandson which they absolutely loved!!! We got pics and updates every day. Debbie even waited up for our late flight so that we could get our babies as soon as we got back home. Best puppy B&B ever!!! We will be back, Debbie.”

Julia also kept me informed with photos and text throughout the entire stay, and took the time to ask additional questions about his diet as she cared for him. I would recommend Julia to others, she is great; she was kind enough to accommodate my rate during the Helene hurricane as well. “Kharen was great! It is obvious she loves dogs and knows how to make your pets not only feel welcome, but a part of her family! She has a great fenced in yard and because it was calling for rain this past weekend, even had a play area set up in her garage complete with indoor/outdoor rug and a large fan and toys for the dogs to keep them entertained! Kharen is very warm & friendly and she made us feel very connected to our pups by sending us many pictures of our dogs over the 3 night stay with her! We will definitely use Kharen again next time we are visiting our friends in Arden, and would not give her anything but a 5 star review!”
