“Chino was well taken care of while I was away. Chino is shy and when I picked her up she did not seem shy at all with them, especially with Shannon's lovely daughter. I would recommend her and she also has a privacy fence surrounding her backyard, which put me at ease also.I would definitely ask for her services again!”

About: I have taken care of many different breeds of dogs, both large and small. When I was previously a nanny, people have relied on me to take care of both their animals and their children. In regard to taking care of the animals, I have boarded them, taken them for walks, taken them to the vet, given them medicine, fed them, played with them outside, and took them to the dog parks to interact with other dogs. I work for Greenville County and I am about to be off all summer. This will give me the availability to walk your dogs, board your dogs, and or let your dogs out to potty and feed them every day. My daughter and I are very active and we love to be outside so we can keep your dogs very active and spend time playing with them. I have a very large back yard that would give your dog(s) plenty of space to run around and play. I also have the ability to crate your dog, if necessary. Since my schedule is pretty open, I have the ability to take your dogs out for potty breaks and or feed them when they need it. Also, since my daughter and I are very active we can take your dog(s) on walks that meet their needs.

“Heather was amazing! Our dog Sport had the best time while we were away for a week! Heather was a blessing to our family! She sent us daily updates with pictures and she was very loving to Sport, he also had a great time with the other dogs, which were very nice! Heather is great at her job, we are thankful we booked with her for the first time, and we will do it again!!! We recommend her 100% 👍 The Barnes family”

“Needed to book on very short notice for an emergency situation. Found Tara to be proactive and helpful in meeting our dog's needs. At first I think he didn't want to come home :) Tara met all needs and gave good updates with pictures and video. Also provided opportunities for socialization. Easy to recommend!”

“Ayaka took such amazing care of our dog Winston for 8 days. Each day she took pictures/videos and let me know what was going on. He got plenty of exercise and snuggle time. I felt very at ease knowing that he was in such good care. We will definitely be using her services again. Thank you to Ayaka and your wonderful family as well.”

“Chuck was loved as always. It was a last minute trip and we wouldn’t want him with anyone else 😃 He is treated as part of the family, snuggled and played with, he always comes back happy.”

“Being a host on dogvacay myself, I should say that I am very picky when it comes to boarding my own dog. Once I met Connie I felt confident she would give it her all to help Cubbie adapt during his stay. She did that and much more. I can not thank Connie enough for opening her home during the holidays. Connie is definitely a 5 star host! Thank you! Gayle Balliet”
“Lauren is such an amazing dog sitter. My dog Saul adores her and loves staying at her house where he is treated like a king. Truly she treats him like he is her own dog.”

“Cristina has been dog sitting our Cavapoo for 2-3 years and our doggie is like part of their family now 😁. Cristina is very active with our dog, taking her for neighborhood walks and she sends a lot of updates during her stay. Cristina’s grandsons are just the sweetest and they give our doggie so much love as well.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
