About: I have experience with pet sitting for friends and neighbors over the past year along with having had all different breeds of dogs growing up and enjoy their company. I love to go for walks, hikes, the beach and would love to take your dog with me. I've had to give senior dogs medication and look after them. I know how hard it is to trust someone to watch your fur baby when your away and I'm that person and I will treat them like royalty. I am home everyday at 12:00. My husband works from home so one of us is always home with your dog. I am ready when I get home to take your dog with me on a walk or hike. Your dog will have access to a dog run area all day long and a large backyard when we are home. I have a house with a large fenced in yard and your dog will have complete access to outside at all times. At this time I don't have a dog of my own, so there will be no conflict between dogs. I want your dog to feel at home as much possible.
About: With every dog that I meet, I enjoy playing a role of sort of translator/ trustworthy uncle, so they are excited to love and respect me. I feel that when I am assertive I am heard, and I attribute that to my determination to find a mutual sense of respect, and trust with not only dogs but nearly every indevidual I cross paths with. About: I honestly just love animals, especially dogs. I grew up with a Shih Tzu; her name is Bella, and she will be turning 9 in December. I got her as a puppy, and she has truly changed my life. I don't think I love something as much as I love her! Although we are separated at the moment, I would make sure to give your pet the same care and love as I would to Bella. I have pet-sat cats and dogs for family/family friends, and it has all been a positive experience. I personally already love to go on walks and get out of my house, so they will be well taken care of. I can't wait to meet all your lovely pets! I am least available on Thursdays and Tuesday mornings. Every other day and time works great for me. I am a student, so I am only ever in class on those Tuesdays and Thursdays, or at home! I have a fenced yard in my apartment complex with an additional private dog park. I also live in a townhome, so there is a lot of space for your pet! I am also comfortable going to any location that needs me! Constantly walking the pet if that's the case, feeding the pets, giving medications, being in proximity to them- whatever the pet may need, I can assist with it. I would also like to mention that I have a housemate, Anna G. who is also on rover and occasionally does daytime bookings! In our home we also have two cats!

About: When I was 10 I moved with my family and my neighbors had two Rottweilers that terrified me so much that I had to cross the street to walk by their house. One day I went up to my neighbor and asked to meet them and they ended up becoming my best friends in the neighborhood, and I would feed and walk them every-time my neighbors went out of town. Ever since then I have loved dogs no matter how big or scary, and have taken care of pets for my friends and family, from little cocker spaniels to German shepherds and everywhere in between. I am currently in the midst of a job search, so my availability is open to look after and pets for the time being. I have spent a lot of time this year pet/housesitting for my parents and a few of my friends. I currently do not have any pets at my home since I have a studio apartment with not a lot of space, but I have reliable transportation and I live close to a few parks, beaches, and woods where I take dogs that I am looking after. I’m good about sticking to scheduled walk and meal times and am a fairly active person so your dog will get plenty of exercise!

About: I have had dogs for much of my life! Always enjoyed the fun time with our furry friends! My most recent pups have been Sarita a beautiful Basset Hound and Luna our current loving adopted puppers!! We also have a kitty who has been my faithful companion, kiki. About: Hello! My name is Anna, and I am currently studying to become a veterinarian in Santa Cruz, CA. I have worked professionally with animals for the past nine years and always treat every fur baby as if they are my own. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
