About: I am a lifelong pet owner and animal lover with over 25 years of caregiving experience. I have had dogs almost continuously since kindergarten ranging in size from a 5 lb poodle mix (Trooper) to a 95 lb yellow lab (Nala), in addition to 3 years as a parent to 2 cats, Jules and Gemini. Jules was with us only briefly due to her advanced age when she was adopted, while Gemini is a much younger kitten who wasted no time claiming my home as her own. I also recently lost my 10 year old corgi (Sadie) unexpectedly to an extremely aggressive form of cancer, and so would love the opportunity to spend some therapeutic time with your furry kid. Prior to beginning work through Rover, I have several years of experience caring for cats and dogs for a variety of friends, family, and neighbors including everything from drop-in visits and dog walking to full-time house/petsitting. Outside of my petsitting duties, I am a PhD chemist working hard to make the battery in your phone last longer and your electric car drive further. My wife and I moved to the Silver Spring area in 2024 for her job as a television producer and I am in the process of establishing myself in the DMV research community. Availability: Except in special cases, I am available for booking at any time of day, any day of the week. I am happy to provide everything from drop-in visits to extended overnight stays. I am currently working part-time from home, so I am excited to have the opportunity to care for your pets at any time! This can include drop-in visits to your home, overnight stays with your fur baby, and day-care or boarding at my home (as long as they're friendly with my cat Gemini). I am glad to visit your home as frequently as you prefer. All visits will include checks for water quantity and freshness, any prescribed food refills or walks, and of course play time. I'm also happy to provide overnight care for your pets and home if preferred, please send me a message if you are interested in more long-term visits. I'm also very happy to host your pets in my own home! I have plenty of room for cats and dogs up to 50-70 lbs. Both my wife and I have had pets our entire lives and between the two of us, someone is nearly always home to supervise and provide any needed care. Since I live in an apartment complex, I do not have a private yard but do have plenty of communal space for walks and other outdoor activity.

Your beloved companion will receive the love, attention, and expert care they deserve. As a stay-at-home mom, I've got plenty of time to hang out with furry friends. My two dogs keep me company, and we spend our days playing and chillin' in our big backyard. I'm all about providing a comfy and loving space for pets to relax and have fun. Your pet is welcome to join the crew and get all the snuggles and playtime they deserve! When pets stay with me, they get to enjoy the ultimate flex: coming and going to our fenced yard as they please through the doggy door. My securely fenced backyard is their playground, and they can soak up sunshine and fresh air whenever the mood strikes. I'm all about keeping things consistent, so I stick to a routine that includes scheduled meal times, two daily walks, and plenty of playtime and snuggles. About: My kids and I love taking care of dogs and we'd love to help you when you're away from them. We have a fully fenced in home and plenty of space to let your pet spread out. We have been dog sitting off and on for many years now and welcome you in our home. I'm currently working part-time from home so I have plenty of time to care for your pets. My kids are home with me throughout the summer so we will all enjoy spending time and loving your pets Fully fenced in yard (front and back) great nearby parks and outdoor areas for fun and exercise. The yard does have a nice shady area if the summer sun gets too be too much. Large finished and furnished basement for lounging too.

About: Dogs have been my roommates my whole life (living with two now!) I’ve mastered belly rubs, early walks, and the worst… the occasional bombastic side-eye. I’m a college student studying graphic design a few days a week and would love furry companions for my walks! Available Sun/Mon/Wed/Thurs anytime, and Tues/Fri/Sat mornings. I’ll care for your dogs with plenty of patience following their routines, meals, walks and playtime without sacrificing the love and attention that they deserve!

About: I've taken care of dogs/lived with them from a young age. I feel comfortable around a variety of dogs and I enjoy those with high energy, lap gos, and everything in between! I have experience dog sitting for my aunt's 10 year old pitbull Blu, over the years. I'm comfortable with drop in visits, walks, park, etc. Whatever your dog needs, I'm your girl! I have pretty open availability to assist with any of your pet care needs due to working a mostly remote job and being able to travel. I will not be hosting animals at my house due to having my own senior cat who prefers her own space (LOL); however, I am comfortable sitting at your house/dog walking. I’m very active and love running, so I’m great for high-energy dogs who need walks and exercise, while also being calm and patient with cats and more relaxed pets. I’m comfortable following routines, giving lots of attention, and keeping you updated with pictures so you always know your pet is happy and safe. My schedule varies with school during the week, but I’m available outside of those days, along with mornings, evenings, and most weekends. I also have occasional required skills hours, but I’m flexible and happy to accommodate your pet’s needs 🐾 During visits, I make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, playtime, and care based on their personality—whether that’s going for a walk, playing, or just keeping them company.
