My two dogs keep me company, and we spend our days playing and chillin' in our big backyard. I'm all about providing a comfy and loving space for pets to relax and have fun. Your pet is welcome to join the crew and get all the snuggles and playtime they deserve! When pets stay with me, they get to enjoy the ultimate flex: coming and going to our fenced yard as they please through the doggy door. My securely fenced backyard is their playground, and they can soak up sunshine and fresh air whenever the mood strikes. I'm all about keeping things consistent, so I stick to a routine that includes scheduled meal times, two daily walks, and plenty of playtime and snuggles. Whether we're hanging at my place or yours, I've got everything covered to ensure a happy, relaxed experience for your furry friend.

About: I am a lifelong pet owner and animal lover with over 25 years of caregiving experience. I have had dogs almost continuously since kindergarten ranging in size from a 5 lb poodle mix (Trooper) to a 95 lb yellow lab (Nala), in addition to 3 years as a parent to 2 cats, Jules and Gemini. Jules was with us only briefly due to her advanced age when she was adopted, while Gemini is a much younger kitten who wasted no time claiming my home as her own. I also recently lost my 10 year old corgi (Sadie) unexpectedly to an extremely aggressive form of cancer, and so would love the opportunity to spend some therapeutic time with your furry kid. Prior to beginning work through Rover, I have several years of experience caring for cats and dogs for a variety of friends, family, and neighbors including everything from drop-in visits and dog walking to full-time house/petsitting. Outside of my petsitting duties, I am a PhD chemist working hard to make the battery in your phone last longer and your electric car drive further. My wife and I moved to the Silver Spring area in 2024 for her job as a television producer and I am in the process of establishing myself in the DMV research community. Availability: Except in special cases, I am available for booking at any time of day, any day of the week. I am happy to provide everything from drop-in visits to extended overnight stays. I am currently working part-time from home, so I am excited to have the opportunity to care for your pets at any time! This can include drop-in visits to your home, overnight stays with your fur baby, and day-care or boarding at my home (as long as they're friendly with my cat Gemini). I am glad to visit your home as frequently as you prefer. All visits will include checks for water quantity and freshness, any prescribed food refills or walks, and of course play time. I'm also happy to provide overnight care for your pets and home if preferred, please send me a message if you are interested in more long-term visits. I'm also very happy to host your pets in my own home! I have plenty of room for cats and dogs up to 50-70 lbs. Both my wife and I have had pets our entire lives and between the two of us, someone is nearly always home to supervise and provide any needed care. Since I live in an apartment complex, I do not have a private yard but do have plenty of communal space for walks and other outdoor activity.

About: I've taken care of dogs/lived with them from a young age. I feel comfortable around a variety of dogs and I enjoy those with high energy, lap gos, and everything in between! I have experience dog sitting for my aunt's 10 year old pitbull Blu, over the years. I'm comfortable with drop in visits, walks, park, etc. Whatever your dog needs, I'm your girl! I have pretty open availability to assist with any of your pet care needs due to working a mostly remote job and being able to travel. I will not be hosting animals at my house due to having my own senior cat who prefers her own space (LOL); however, I am comfortable sitting at your house/dog walking. I will treat your pet and house with the utmost respect!

About: I've been caring for puppies and dogs for family members and friends for several years. I've cared for dogs of different sizes, ages, and energy levels, including young puppies that require extra patience, supervision, and consistency. My goal is to provide reliable, loving care so both pets and owners can feel at ease. I’m currently working a part-time throughout the week. My preferred times are 9am-2pm to take walks, feed, playtime, or medication. Staying overnight shifts, I would love to know 3 days in advance for planning. Also my hours for house sitting is 7pm-next morning mostly Friday - Sunday. Weekdays is a little hectic for me but if it fits my schedule or something changed, we can figure something out, just send a message! Safety and trust are extremely important to me. I provide a clean, pet-friendly environment and closely follow each pet's routine and care instructions. I offer regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are receiving attentive, loving care in a safe and comfortable setting. 🐾

About: Dogs have been my roommates my whole life (living with two now!) I’ve mastered belly rubs, early walks, and the worst… the occasional bombastic side-eye. I’m a college student studying graphic design a few days a week and would love furry companions for my walks! Available Sun/Mon/Wed/Thurs anytime, and Tues/Fri/Sat mornings. I’ll care for your dogs with plenty of patience following their routines, meals, walks and playtime without sacrificing the love and attention that they deserve!

About: I’ve always grown up with pets whether it be dogs, cats, birds, fish, lizards, guinea pigs or ferrets. In my heart I’ve always had a love for all animals and believe they all have their own personalities and deserve to be seen and loved. My dog passed away 2 summers ago at the age of 13 and we’ve gotten a cat since. I honestly do miss being able to go with my dog and take her on some peaceful calming walks; it was always a great way to connect with her and disconnect from reality. I currently work a part time job usually in afternoons. My work schedule is pretty flexible so please contact me with any questions! I am not currently in school yet so I have plenty of free time to take care of your pets! <3 I currently am only offering dog walking and pet setting in the clients home. I understand that for you to allow me into your home or around your beloved pets you would need to trust me.
