They treated Flynn like one of the family from the moment he arrived. He absolutely loved playing with the kids and the other dogs, and he was very intrigued by the chickens. Flynn got plenty of exercise in their spacious yard, played lots and lots of ball, got plenty of pats and love, and even slept on the bed with the kids. “I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Edward and Natalia. We had a meet and greet a week prior where they asked a lot of questions and observed Ralphie with their sweet pup, Liz Lemon. I always worry leaving Ralphie with a new Rover. He has been described as “extra” and needs a lot of attention/human presence. Within an hour of dropping him off, I got a note that he is settling in fine with a picture of him cozied up with the family and this eased my mind immensely. They were very responsive when I reached out and had everything ready to go when I picked him up. The biggest testament, however, is Ralphie’s behavior on the drive home. If let’s me know if he didn’t like his stay somewhere, but leaving Natalia and Edward he was calm and well behaved. They deserve this 5-star review and j would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.”

They made me feel very comfortable by having a visit before my vacation so that I was able to meet them and see their home and that helped to know it was a perfect fit. They were in constant communication answering text anytime and sending pictures that will of the good times they were having with my pit. I give them credit because some people here that I have a pitbull and get totally turned off and feel some kind of way, but they were completely open to him and invited him in like one of the family. If I could recommend anyone it would definitely be Erica and Franklin . Besides being a good sitter for our fearful pup, Thomas was also very flexible and responsive. We had booked him so last minute, and we couldn’t get home in time due to the recent snow storm. As anxious as we were about these problems, Thomas was great and alleviated a lot of our stress by accepting and kindly taking care of our pup for even longer than intended. Highly recommend! About: I am a lifelong pet owner and animal lover with over 25 years of caregiving experience. I have had dogs almost continuously since kindergarten ranging in size from a 5 lb poodle mix (Trooper) to a 95 lb yellow lab (Nala), in addition to 3 years as a parent to 2 cats, Jules and Gemini. Jules was with us only briefly due to her advanced age when she was adopted, while Gemini is a much younger kitten who wasted no time claiming my home as her own. I also recently lost my 10 year old corgi (Sadie) unexpectedly to an extremely aggressive form of cancer, and so would love the opportunity to spend some therapeutic time with your furry kid. Prior to beginning work through Rover, I have several years of experience caring for cats and dogs for a variety of friends, family, and neighbors including everything from drop-in visits and dog walking to full-time house/petsitting. Outside of my petsitting duties, I am a PhD chemist working hard to make the battery in your phone last longer and your electric car drive further. My wife and I moved to the Silver Spring area in 2024 for her job as a television producer and I am in the process of establishing myself in the DMV research community. Availability: Except in special cases, I am available for booking at any time of day, any day of the week. I am happy to provide everything from drop-in visits to extended overnight stays.
