About: I grew up around many animals. I’ve had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, and ducks during my lifetime. I don’t train puppies, but will care for them. I can care for senior dogs. I can orally administer medications, but have never injected medication, but will if shown how. I am available 24 hours per day, and also on all holidays. I am around pretty much all the time. Your pet will be supervised at all times. I have 3 years of dog sitting experience in my own household, I make sure everyone is properly separated when eating to prevent empty stomachs or incidents, I promote 100% safe play and socializing. I have a dog crates, and can keep dogs separate if need be.

Ever since I was a kid, I would make it my priority to know all the dogs in my neighborhood and their owners, as I’m very comfortable with pets of any kind. I have two gates and backyard with fences to prevent dogs from leaving. I also have cameras surrounding my house and my doors stay locked at all time. About: I am a lifelong pet owner and animal lover with over 25 years of caregiving experience. I have had dogs almost continuously since kindergarten ranging in size from a 5 lb poodle mix (Trooper) to a 95 lb yellow lab (Nala), in addition to 3 years as a parent to 2 cats, Jules and Gemini. Jules was with us only briefly due to her advanced age when she was adopted, while Gemini is a much younger kitten who wasted no time claiming my home as her own. I also recently lost my 10 year old corgi (Sadie) unexpectedly to an extremely aggressive form of cancer, and so would love the opportunity to spend some therapeutic time with your furry kid. Prior to beginning work through Rover, I have several years of experience caring for cats and dogs for a variety of friends, family, and neighbors including everything from drop-in visits and dog walking to full-time house/petsitting. Outside of my petsitting duties, I am a PhD chemist working hard to make the battery in your phone last longer and your electric car drive further. My wife and I moved to the Silver Spring area in 2024 for her job as a television producer and I am in the process of establishing myself in the DMV research community. Availability: Except in special cases, I am available for booking at any time of day, any day of the week. I am happy to provide everything from drop-in visits to extended overnight stays. I am currently working part-time from home, so I am excited to have the opportunity to care for your pets at any time! This can include drop-in visits to your home, overnight stays with your fur baby, and day-care or boarding at my home (as long as they're friendly with my cat Gemini). About: I’ve cared for lots of pets over my years since I was younger. Family as well as neighbors and friends, providing walking to clean up well as bathing. It’s become a passion of mine and I’d love nothing more to help those care for their own when they are unable or can’t themselves. I’m working part time so I’ll have lots of time for your pets. I’m comfortable working with pets of all ages as well and providing as much help as I can. I’m in an apartment with enough space for your pet or pets to go for walks. About: I’ve taken care of and grew up around dogs since I was a kid. I also own a 6-year old dog in MD, my sweet girl Stormi, a German Shepherd/Chihuahua rescue that I’ve raised since 2020. At the meet and greet, Hazel obviously liked Bryn (which is not always the case when meeting new people) so I knew we were off to a great start. Bryn has a calm personality and definitely is knowledgeable about dogs. She has a lovely home and a great fenced in backyard where the dogs can play. Her dog, Kepler, is very sweet. Bryn sent pictures and updates during Hazel's stay and reported that she did very well. She followed my instructions as far as giving Hazel her medications. I'd happily recommend Bryn to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog.”
