About: Since the beginning, friends and family have often come to me when they need someone to pet sit! I have dogs and cats of my own, so I’m very comfortable caring for animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, and well taken care of. I genuinely love spending time with animals and would be happy to give your pets the same care and attention I give my own! Ive recently moved to Birmingham so my schedule is currently open. Preferably, I hope to be consistently available in the afternoons and early evening. But as of now, I am available all day! I care for pets in their home by following their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, walks, and plenty of attention and affection! I’m happy to follow any specific instructions you have for your pets and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you’re away. At this time I do not provide boarding services.

About: I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I was #1 dog sitter for about 5-6 neighbors through high school and college. I’ve taken care of many other dogs and cats as well. As a current medical student, I wish I could have my own dog but the time and finances won’t allow until I graduate. So for now, I can help take care of your pets and you can help me get my snuggle fix in! As a medical student, my schedule is often changing. I do have most evenings and weekends free for studying and I could always use a study partner or walk break! School is priority - but I will do my best to work with your schedule as well as my class schedule! I do currently live in an apartment, so boarding pets in my home is not a great option. Pet care can fit in whenever I do not have classes which is Monday-Thursday 10am to 4pm and Fridays I get off at noon. I prioritize your pets over a social calendar or other non emergency obligations. I take care of them like they are my own. If the dog or cats sleep in beds at home, then they will be treated with the same care if that is what they prefer. If the animal needs medical care or medicine given, I am able to administer. Basically your animals won’t even know you are gone because of how similar their routine will be!

About: My boyfriend, Jake, and I would love to welcome your pet into our home! We’re both huge animal lovers and love having pets around to spoil with attention, cuddles, and playtime. My boyfriend works from home, and I work from home some days of the week, so someone is typically home with the pets throughout the day. This gives us lots of flexibility for potty breaks, playtime, attention, and keeping up with your pet’s normal routine. We have a fenced in back yard and will be able to accommodate if your pet needs/wants to go outside often! My grandfather was a vet his whole life and I grew up going to his clinic on the weekends to help all types of pets recover from surgery. I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and absolutely love them. After recently putting down my dog of 14 years, I thought boarding and walking dogs would be a wonderful way to spend time with sweet doggies again! I also love any and all pets, and have even kept guinea pigs before! On days I’m in the office, my boyfriend Jake is home and able to care for them, and when we’re both home, your pet gets double the attention! We’re also available throughout the evenings and weekends and genuinely enjoy making the pets we board part of our everyday routine. For boarding, I make my home a comfortable and safe space where pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles, while keeping them on their usual routine.
