About: I was trained how to train dogs at an early age after our first dog was trained by our breeder. Since then I trained 2 golden retrievers and an Australian Cattle dog (red heeler). Both breeds are strong willed and have high energy. I work from home and so have a lot of freedom to break away to take care of dogs. I cared for many dogs while in Tuscaloosa for college. I have since moved to Birmingham and become a NICU nurse! No matter what your baby needs, I’m here!! I have had a miniature schnauzer who was sweet as gold to a cockapoo (cocker spaniel and poodle mixed) who was full of energy. I love dogs so much. About: I have always loved animals- any and all types. I have owned dogs and cats as pets my entire life. I’m an honest and loyal person. I will provide the greatest care for your furbabies and make sure they are loved as my own. I volunteered with local humane societies and I also worked as an animal cruelty investigator for years. Animals live shorter lives than us humans so we have to make sure everyday is great. I have fostered numerous dogs and puppies that I found in abusive situations so providing a little extra care is no biggie to me. I would be happy to drop in and check on your animals, take them for walks or board them at my house. I have a ten year old child that knows how to treat animals. I could tell immediately that Harley was comfortable with Tatiana and her family and that’s saying a lot because Harley can be very timid and shy around new people. “If I could leave 10 out of 5 stars I would! Amanda was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better experience. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). I know Oliver had a great time and it was so nice not worrying about our little boy! We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda!”
“We have never had a bad booking on Rover BUT Chyra is the best, BAR NONE! She provides great instructions to set expectations. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND treating a hot spot that appeared, she gave me something to read explaining my dog's behavior AND she even went to the store for us to get some extra supplies we needed. If all of that doesn't say enough, i couldn't get Chadwick to leave with me... HOW EMBARRASSING! It goes without saying that we've found our forever sitter because the icing on the top is she's :10 minutes away from us!”

Our Lucy is older and has a harder time being away from her people and Deby was so loving and understanding and did what she could to make sure she was comfortable. Sent lots of videos and pictures every day. I knew our Lucy was in the best hands! This was our 2nd time using Deby and honestly we won't use anyone else! :)”
