About: Your dog will get exercise to stay healthy, I will feed the dog as requested and play with the dog giving love and positive affirmations. Treats, if the owner wants, usually a change of scenery is always fun with new walks. The fun is to play during the walk throwing a ball or stick petting the dog through the walk. Social contact is sometimes good depending on the dog. Pick up after the dog when it has to poop. Have fresh water available if the day is hot. If the dog loves water take them to the lake to swim. The fun at the beach is great. Your dog is beside me on a leash as long as I feel it is needed. The dog should only be loose in a safe environment and after getting to know the dog and it style. I currently walk daily and enjoy the companionship of Rascal and Simon who are dogs, l dog sit while their parents go on holidays. We walk at least 2 times a day in the park. I usual go to the clients home but would do both as needed.. the dog must be house trained to come to my house. Having taken dog training classes l would always follow their routine.

If I’m unavailable I can help you find someone who is! I have a large yard complete with ice rink in the winter. My 8yr old Golden Retriever loves stealing pucks! Zoomies can be accommodated safely! Relaxation in sun or shade! No pool but, lake access is 5mim down the hill! Beach trips are easy! One cat named Heidi, your dog will never see and one named Louis who runs the house in his mind! Dogs and cats are family! But, if there’s rules you want enforced we can be bad ass too! Couch or no couch you decide! We enforce! In your home or mine they’ll get nothing but love and good rubs!

About: I have lived my entire life surrounded by animals, and I couldn’t be more thankful for that. I will love your pets like they are my own because I understand the impact they have on our lives! I currently have 3 dogs and 2 cats (I live at my parents) but I love to spend time with them when I am not working. I’ll take them on walks or just play with them or gives lots of cuddles When I’m in someone else’s home I treat them, the house and animals with respect. About: I am an avid pet lover. My most recent pets were two rescue cats - Mylo 4 and Joey 3 yrs. They are each with my grown kids now. I’ve also had many pets (dogs, cats, birds, and fish) pretty much all my life. Even grew up on a farm so familar with farm life and helped care for many farm animals - ducks, geese, chickens, and cattle! I have been a home owner for almost 30 years, so I understand what it takes to look after a home. I’ve had 17 lovely pet/house sits (cats and dogs) over the past 3 years through trusted house sitters app. Most have been in Canada, one in Colorado and in May this year I had 2 sits in England. All my experiences have been great and the pet owners have all been very satisfied with my care and attention to their home and pet family so they could relax on their trip knowing all was taken care of!! I love basic training for both cats and dogs and I have taken care of pets from kittens and puppies to very senior age requiring a range of medicines. I recently moved to Kelowna and live in a spacious apartment that allows small pets. Currently I am only taking cats and birds to board with me.
