“Michaela to the rescue! Very last minute I learned I had to stay for a night shift and asked if she did any late visits as my partner would also be returning home late from work. She accepted the offer without reservation - something I did not expect and could not appreciate more. Cannot say enough good things about her. If you’re scrolling through trying to pick someone, she is your winner!”

“Tori did an amazing job! She was so great with our dog Isabella and was great at communicating. She shared details of the walks, including very cute pictures of a happy pup! I really appreciated having Tori help with Isabella’s walks. I felt very at ease and highly recommend her services. Thank you, Tori!”

“Mike is a kind and patient dog walker, and we truly appreciate his gentle nature. Walter is always in great hands with him, and we’re grateful for the care he provides!”

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and they truly hold a special place in my heart. For 12 wonderful years, I cared for my mini Pomeranian, Jersey, who has since passed. Through caring for her, I learned the importance of patience, attentiveness, and understanding each dog’s individual needs. Now, my husband and I have Molly, our one year old mini Dachshund. She’s energetic, playful, and full of spunk, which has reinforced the importance of consistency, patience, and positive engagement. As a dog owner myself, I understand how hard it can be to leave your dog in someone else’s care. I provide a calm, loving, and safe environment while making sure each dog’s routine is followed closely, whether that includes walks, playtime, structure, or plenty of cuddle time. I love all animals, but dogs have a special place in my heart. My goal is to make your dog feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while giving you complete peace of mind knowing they’re being treated like family 🐾 I have a very flexible schedule. I own and operate my own dance studio, where I teach for a few hours in the evenings few days a week. Outside of those teaching hours, I’m home and available throughout. Because of this flexibility, I’m able to give dogs plenty of attention and maintain their routines. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily life, and I’m able to prioritize each dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness while they’re in my care. Whatever your pet needs let me know and I will give them the best care! The goal is to make them feel as comfortable as possible while your away.
About: I have trained large dogs, worked on farms, have been a horse trainer, and used to be a dog and cat groomer, so I am thoroughly familiar with every aspect of pet care. People have called me an animal whisperer. I am patient and will work with each animal based on its needs, be it young or old. I am a self-employed business owner, so I work from home, which makes me the perfect sitter for your pet. They get to have company all day, and get out for their exercise every day! Feel free to commission me to do a watercolor portrait of your pet! 😉 It’s important for me to know the rules of your home so that you can feel secure knowing your pet will be cared for in the way they are used to! I love it when home owners give me a list of the do's and don’ts so I can provide the best care for their pets and home.

“Rhonda was amazing with my 3 month old puppy. Not only is she very personable but she went above and beyond and took my pup for extra time AND come early. Will definitely be using her again!”

About: We are a mature couple who loves pets of all kinds - my partner is great at training puppies and young dogs too. We have a flexible schedule and plenty of space both inside and outside and we love a good long walk! Currently working freelance from home so lots of flexibility, time, and attention for your fur babies! Available at fairly short notice both weekdays and weekends and happy with early or late walks, drop offs and pick ups. We have a large unfenced yard backing onto lots of open woodlands and hills with tons of opportunity for good long walks. We also have a fully fenced multi level pool deck with lots of space for outdoor run around too. Inside the house is well set up for pets with wooden floors, plenty of space, as well as cosy corners and a real fireplace with perfect curling up rugs for winter evenings!

“Tessa was excellent with our dog, an 80lb lab. She asked a lot of questions to ensure she understood the care he needed (2 walks), and was great with communicating with us. Our dog was well-looked after and look forward to the next opportunity we have to book her services!”

About: I have First Aid Certification for Dogs and Cats from the Red Cross. Being an owner of both an English Bulldog and Jack Russel, I can take it fast or slow based on your pup's unique personality. I have the time to take your dog(s) on adventure on your schedule. I'm in chapter 2 of my career, taking college courses remotely. This allows for very flexible scheduling. I know the importance of consistently implementing house-rules to maintain a pup's training. I will take the time to get to know your dog's unique routines, commands, and requirements to ensure that their training is consistent.
About: I have trained one teacup Yorkie and one Beagle completely on my own, and I’m currently raising and training my little teacup Yorkie as well. Training has always been something I truly enjoy — not just teaching commands, but building trust, communication, and connection. Before working with dogs, I was a childcare provider for decades. Through those years, I learned that dogs and children are actually very similar when it comes to learning. They need consistency, patience, clear guidance, and someone who truly sees them. When they feel safe and understood, they bloom. I offer dog walking and in-home visits. During walks, I can also include light training support such as loose leash walking, basic obedience refreshers, focus work, and calm behavior practice. My approach is gentle but clear — I guide with respect, never force. I treat every dog as if they were my own. Safety, emotional comfort, and positive experiences are my priorities. I believe a walk is not just exercise — it’s a time to build confidence, practice good habits, and enjoy the world together. I’m usually flexible on Wednesdays and Thursday afternoons. I may also have some availability on other weekdays, but I’m generally unavailable on weekends. Feel free to send me a message about your preferred schedule — I’m happy to check my availability and see how I can support you and your cat. I look forward to connecting with you and meeting your furry family member 🐾💛 I live with a well-trained Yorkie and truly enjoy daily walks and ongoing training with her. Being consistent and intentional is part of my routine, not something I do occasionally. I believe safety, structure, and clear guidance create the best environment for dogs. Consistency and clear expectations help dogs feel secure, which leads to calmer, happier experiences. Whether on walks or during home visits, I prioritize: • Secure handling and awareness of surroundings • Positive reinforcement and gentle leadership • Respect for each dog’s pace and personality • Clear boundaries to ensure a safe, enjoyable time My goal is always to create a stable, stress-free environment where your dog can relax, have fun, and feel confident.

About: What sets me apart is the personalized care I give each pet—I treat them like family, not just a job. 🐾 I have lots of experience in dog training, from teaching puppies their basics (crate training, leash manners, potty breaks) to reinforcing good behavior in older dogs. I’m also skilled in gentle senior care (slow walks, medications, and extra cuddles) and comfortable with multi-pet households—cats included! Whether it’s high-energy play, quiet companionship, or specialized training, I make sure each pet gets the attention and love they deserve. i am home almost 24/7 and am available to come and see your pup/kitty aswell as take them on long hikes or walks or a slow daily walk :) In my home, pets get treated like family—snuggles on the couch, safe playtime, and plenty of love. 🐾 I keep routines consistent (feeding, walks, potty breaks, play sessions) so they feel right at home. If your pup needs training refreshers or your kitty craves quiet cuddle time, I adjust to their needs. In your home, I make sure pets are comfortable in their own space. I stick to their schedule, keep things tidy (litter boxes, food/water bowls, walks), and give them all the love and attention they’re used to. 🐶😺 I also send photo updates so you can relax knowing they’re happy and cared for.
About: Since my early 20's I have always had dogs and cats in my home and life. I am very intuitive with animals and with understanding them and training them. I enjoy hiking or walking them through the neighbourhood and can be quite flexible. I am retired and we lost of four legged fur baby last year, so I have a lot of love and time to care for other animals now. I am happy to pop in to your home for a visit and feeding, or talk them for a walk / hike and return them, and or have them visit and snuggle at my house. I will love, feed, and care for your pet(s) in the way they are accustomed to.
