I have a huge passion for animals and have trained large dogs and horses. I previously worked as a dog and cat groomer. These experiences gave me a strong understanding of animal behavior across many breeds and personalities. Many people have said I have natural connection with animals. I pay close attention to their behavior and individual needs. Whether your pet is energetic, elderly, anxious, or highly trained, I approach each animal with patience. I do watercolor pet portraits (as shown in the photos) and am happy to take on a commission of your pet if you’d like one! Friday evening to Saturday evening I am off work and don’t respond to Rover requests, but I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for considering my services! Schedule: Because I am self-employed, I am the perfect sitter for your pet. They will have company all day and get out for their exercise consistently! What Do I Need From You the Pet Owner? It’s important for me to know the rules of your home so that you can feel secure knowing your pet will be cared for in the way they are used to! My favourite home owners are the ones who give me a list of the do's and don’ts so I can provide the best care for their pets and home. I don’t expect a stocked fridge, but it is a nice bonus when homeowners care too! I’m always being asked what I like to have, so here’s my favourites: Juice, eggs, yogurt, nuts, and cheese. I have low blood pressure, so you can’t go wrong with salty things! Although I absolutely adore animals, I do have a restriction when it comes to animals sleeping with me on the bed. I understand that is what many owners do with their pets, and I’m sorry that I can’t accommodate this. If your pet eats pork, please know that for religious reasons I am not able to handle any pork products. Thank you so much for your understanding.

About: I’ve always had a dog! Or 2! They’re in my soul! Currently an SPCA Volunteer with dog handling experience. I love the uniqueness of every dog and they seem to love my approach and rubs! - I’ll treat yours like mine! I Paw-miss! I’m a part time pharmacist and volunteer for BCSPCA and Lendapaw! Thursday to Sunday are easy - I’m available! Mon-Wed available evenings - daytime availability can vary. If interested in my services please enquire! If I’m unavailable I can help you find someone who is! I have a large yard complete with ice rink in the winter. My 8yr old Golden Retriever loves stealing pucks! Zoomies can be accommodated safely! Relaxation in sun or shade! No pool but, lake access is 5mim down the hill! Beach trips are easy! One cat named Heidi, your dog will never see and one named Louis who runs the house in his mind! Dogs and cats are family! But, if there’s rules you want enforced we can be bad ass too! Couch or no couch you decide! We enforce! In your home or mine they’ll get nothing but love and good rubs!

About: My daughter and I love Dogs, but we arnt allowed anymore. We have been fostering and puppy sitting for 8 years now. Love every minute of it. I work from home and spend very little time at my desk. This leaves me lots of time for walks, puppy parks, beach and cuddles. We do not have a fenced yard but a gated patio area. We also love trips to the park or a walk around the neighbourhood.

About: I have always had pets until this last year (cats and dogs). I now walk my daughters' dogs for them daily early morning, and I really enjoy having that daily connection with my furry friends! Being semi-retired I am available for consistent and reliable care. I am working from home in the mornings, and then always take my walks in the afternoons, so that is the best time for me to come to your home to walk or visit your pet. I am available for visits in West Kelowna. I can visit in your home and/or yard and also take your pet for a walk in your area.

About: We have owned many dogs and are very experienced and caring dog owners. We love dogs and will take very good care of your fur baby while they are under our care in our home. There are lots of trails to walk your dog just steps outside our door. I am retired and my husband works from home so we are able to watch your dog most days and nights and for extended periods of time. We have large front and back yards, as well as many walking trails just outside our door with plenty of room for your dog to run and get their exercise. We don’t currently have our own pet, but love dogs and will take very good care of your pet while we dog-sit. We live in a small gated community at the end of a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. We often watch and board our friends’ Labrador while his owners travel.

About: I've been dog-walking and pet-sitting since I was in high school. I've always loved animals and known that I wanted to be a vet, and love spending time with animals in my free time outside of school. I have experience at vet clinics and in a variety of settings with animals, so I am comfortable with animals that have medical or behavioural needs, even if they are just a little shy and need some extra TLC and attention. I'm currently a part-time student, so I have plenty of spare time that I'd love to fill taking care of your furry friends! I'm also comfortable working at odd hours, particularly early in the morning.
