About: I'm an animal lover with experience caring for dogs as a kennel assistant. I'm comfortable with dog walking, drop-in visits for dogs, and checking in on cats. I'm reliable, caring, and passionate about making sure every pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for! I’d love to walk your dog! I’m available all day on weekdays and Sundays for tail-wagging adventures. Saturdays are my day to recharge, but every other day I’m ready for lots of walks and cuddles! My home is quite small - especially with my large fluff balls, so i am more than happy to come to your house and assist any way i can.

About: We are a mature couple who loves pets of all kinds - my partner is great at training puppies and young dogs too. We have a flexible schedule and plenty of space both inside and outside and we love a good long walk! Currently working freelance from home so lots of flexibility, time, and attention for your fur babies! Available at fairly short notice both weekdays and weekends and happy with early or late walks, drop offs and pick ups. We have a large unfenced yard backing onto lots of open woodlands and hills with tons of opportunity for good long walks. We also have a fully fenced multi level pool deck with lots of space for outdoor run around too. Inside the house is well set up for pets with wooden floors, plenty of space, as well as cosy corners and a real fireplace with perfect curling up rugs for winter evenings!

About: Hi! I have over 10 years of experience caring for both dogs and cats. I grew up with a Dalmatian and have had several cats of my own over the years, so I’m very comfortable with both cats and dogs. I work from home part-time and generally have availability for lunch time drop-in visits or walks. During weekdays I am typically available after 4pm and am occasionally available on weekends. I am currently not offering pet sitting in my own home, but I do provide walks and drop-in visits to give your pets the attention and care they deserve.

About: Animals have been a big part of my life, and I bring both education and hands-on experience to every pet I care for. I have an undergraduate degree in animal biology and gained experience working in veterinary clinics where I learned the importance of careful observation and treating every animal as an individual. I also spent a year living with a breeder while completing Teachers college, helping with everything from birthing to feeding, to puppy development, house training, and the day-to-day care of the dogs. I’m comfortable around puppies and adult dogs. I’m currently a teacher so patience, consistency, communication, and staying calm when things get chaotic are part of my everyday life. Whether your pet needs an energetic walk, patient companion or a consistent routine, I’ll care for them as if they were my own. I am currently off for the summer so I am generally available during the weekday and weekends. Once school begins I will be free after 4 PM during the weekdays and available during the weekends. I am able to pet sit at your home as I am extremely responsible, reliable and will ask questions for clarification. I am clean, courteous and will make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable.

About: Cats have been a part of my life since I was seven years old, when my mom surprised me with my first kitten, and my love for them has only grown since then. I have more than 20 years of experience caring for cats, including fostering with the Okanagan Humane Society, in-home pet sitting, and fostering cats who ultimately became part of my family. I currently share my home with three former foster cats. I have a naturally calm and patient demeanour, and I often find that shy, nervous, or less-social cats will gravitate toward me. I take the time to get to know each cat’s personality, routine, and individual needs rather than expecting them to all behave the same way. I’m also comfortable providing hands-on care, including nail trims, bathing, and administering medication when needed. When a cat stays with me, my goal is to provide a safe, calm, loving environment where they can feel comfortable, respected, and cared for while their family is away. I am currently in the process of changing careers and am not working full-time, which allows me to make pet care a meaningful part of my daily routine. I have the time and flexibility to provide cats with consistent attention, companionship, and individualized care throughout the day, as well as space for overnight boarding. I live alone and have a separate spare room where your cat can have a quiet, private space to settle in and feel safe\. I’m able to provide lots of one\-on\-one attention, companionship, and play throughout their stay\. If introductions to my resident cats are appropriate, they’re done slowly, patiently, and always supervised, following each cat’s comfort level and body language\. There’s never any pressure to interact—your cat’s comfort and happiness come first\! I also have the flexibility to provide overnight care in your home when needed, so your cat can stay in the comfort of their own familiar environment\.

About: I've had experience caring for many pets, including cats, dogs, rabbits, reptiles, and birds. I've also cared for several pets of my own, so I'm used to feeding schedules, playtime, grooming, and giving lots of love! I can adapt to each animals personality and requirements. I treat every pet like they're my own and always make sure they're well looked after! I am currently working part-time and will be starting an online course through TRU in September, which gives me a very flexible schedule for pet care! I am able to easily work pet care into my daily/weekly routine and can be flexible with walks, drop-ins, and overnight care. I stick to each pets usual routine as much as possible so they feel comfortable and at ease. I follow all care instructions provided, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, walks, potty breaks, and any other specific needs depending on the pet. My biggest priority is that your pets are happy and cared for in their own environment while also being respectful and mindful of your home and belongings.
