On our walks I will take your dog on a hike, a less intense nature walk, or even stay more in urban areas depending on yours and your pets preference if known. At your home I can take your pet for bathroom breaks, clean up messes, provide feedings and water, scoop cat litter and poop outside and play with them to keep the active and stimulated!

About: Hey there, my name is Trinity and I am a HUGE animal lover.I am great at following instructions if your pet is needy or a bit of a handful. I have experience taking care of all sorts of animals since I was a little girl, this includes young and elderly animals.I have also taken care of an elderly cat for an acquaintance multiple times(feeding, cleaning, administering medications, etc.) for extended periods (1 week- 6 months). Furthermore, I have taken care of multiple animals for coworkers and acquaintances on multiple occasions (walking, feeding, and coming up with creative ways to get them to take their medicine! lol). My kitten was scared at first, but quickly got attached to her. Georgia was also great with helping water plants and take garbage out while I was travelling for work. About: As a social work student, I believe all behaviour is a form of communication, regardless of species. Therefore, I have an absolute, unconditional love for all animals, and have been a pet owner my entire life. After a 3 year hiatus, I am back on rover! I have a few years of formal experience, though have been providing dog walking, house/pet sitting, and feeding/bathing help for my neighbors and friends for a combined total of 20 years. I am a diverse provider, in that I take care of all types of animals, with specialization in reactive/anxious animals! I have been told I have a patient, calming, reassuring, and playful energy, which can help both initial meetings and ongoing interactions. I have also had experience with other animals, such as cats, rodents, birds, and more! I treat my pets like family, and always try to snuggle, pet, and play with my animals as much as I can. I care for any animal as I would my own. Within your home, I am able to bathe, walk, train, play with, and accommodate any special requests or needs of your pet. Within the community, I ensure that walking locations are extremely safe and secure, taking into account the dog's sensitivities, i.e. other dogs, children, etc. while also making sure that the owner is satisfied with the walk. This may mean a walk could include some playtime, jogging, socialization, and any other needs you may have. Currently, I am in school from 11-5 Mondays and Thursdays, though am flexible otherwise and am always willing to accommodate! Unfortunately I don’t have space in my home, but I am more than willing to take care of your pets in yours! Within the community, I ensure that walking locations are extremely safe and secure, taking into account a pup’s sensitivities, i.e. other dogs, children, etc. while also making sure that the owner is satisfied with the walk. This may mean a walk could include some playtime, jogging, socialization, and any other needs you may have. Regarding the home, I always leave your home the way I found it, and always follow your instructions precisely. Safety, trust, and respect, are three components that I take very seriously when looking after any animal, therefore if I have any questions, I always reach out, as I feel that there should always be an open dialogue between myself and the owner!

About: I am a university student at UBCO living at home with my family and 2 dogs. This gives me the unique flexibility to stay overnight and care for pets on short notice. I have had dogs my whole life, and currently have a senior rescue, and a puppy at home. This gives me the experience I need to care for all kinds of dogs, well trained, not yet trained, puppies, seniors, rescues, purebreds etc. I have been dog and cat sitting for family friends several times a year for over 3 years since high school. I am a very responsible person, extremely reliable, and communicate well. I love the outdoors and going for walks, as well as lazy days at home. I have a very flexible school and work schedule. I am a student at UBCO and have several 3-4 hour gaps in my day which I can come home and spend time with the pets. I am done my classes around dinner time, and can come straight home for the evening. On the weekends, I am a server at a restaurant in town and generally only work 4-6 hour shifts. This means I am around for the majority of the day. I have been dog walking for many years as I have had dogs my whole life. With clients, I try and keep the pet’s routine as similar as possible to their owner’s. I like to be around as much as possible and keep the pets as comfortable as they can be while their owner is away.

About: I’ve grown up my whole life with two dogs, big and small, so I know just how important your furry friends are. Since I was 10 years old i’ve taken care of all types of dogs, and I am comfortable providing any type of care. I am a huge animal lover and have had much experience taking care of cats, rabbits, and even reptiles! I am currently in school studying a major in Biology and a minor in Zoology with hopes to spend much of my time around animals. As a dedicated student and lifelong animal enthusiast, I provide attentive, trustworthy care for your furry friends while you’re away. I am more than comfortable house/dog sitting over multiple nights and would love to have a companion in the house! Before caring for your pet, I will hope to be made aware of any special care necessary so I can be prepared and care for your pet in the best way possible. I am currently a student athlete on the women’s volleyball team, studying at UBC Okanagan. This means that most of my time is spent at the school in class, or in the gym. That being said, I do need your pet to be able to be left for longer hours throughout the day and possibly alright late in to the evening. I would plan to discuss my schedule with you in detail so that there is full understanding on when I will be around for overnight care etc. I am always open to discuss the best times needed for a walk around the block with your furry friend. With that in mind, the amount of time your pet is able to stay alone will be the most important question before I am able to provide my care. I have a fenced yard and a lovely german shepherd to keep your fur baby company. There is no crate, but am able to bring one into my home so your dog can sleep peacefully.

About: Enjoy spending time with all types of pets big and small, have experience grooming trimming and bathing dogs and cats, currently dealing with a newly blind dog helping him figure out its his surroundings. I'm currently my scheduling is opening up due to retiring employer, I should have lots of availability for dog walking and Pet home check ins always making sure there is food and fresh water, keeping doorways secured and unsafe items out of reach, knowing proper emergency contact information/vet locations and any medication requirements

About: I am a responsible and well-experienced pet caregiver who would treat your fur baby like they were my own. I have had animals in my life since childhood, including cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, horses, chickens, ducks, rodents...you name it, I have probably had it! For dogs, I am available for walks, hikes, in-home sitting, overnight boarding, training, feeding, medication administration, belly rubs, nail trims, and playing fetch and/or other games for stimulation and enrichment. I am confident with all sizes and breeds of dogs. I will also care for reptiles, birds & farm animals of all kinds (just not in my home of course, haha). I work from home and am a home-body, so your pet would almost always have company, with minimal time alone. I am willing to follow your pet's home routine as closely as possible, and am able to crate your pet when I do leave them alone, if that is your preference.

About: We had a beautiful Golden Retriever 2013-2025 who went everywhere with me and was never left alone. I loved being with him, caring for him and other friends pets, walking, brushing, veterinary drop offs and collections as well as caring for elderly dogs too. I love all dogs. Will be with the dogs all day in my home and we have beautiful trails right at our doorstep for quick walks or longer hikes. Happy to be slower if dogs are older or small or longer if they have lots of energy. I work from home so pets would never be left alone, I have set up my work to fit in with caring for our own pet as a priority. Have looked after our own dog and walked 4-5 times daily with shorter potty breaks and longer excercise trips for 12 years. I have no fenced yard but have a provincial park and walking trails directly at my door so walking is never a problem. My own golden retriever will go outside for a variety of mini walks and a longer walk daily or we can take the car to other parks if requested.

About: I have a lifetime of experience working with all sorts of dogs, including puppies, elderly dogs and dogs requiring special care and/or medications. I am also experienced in dog training and grooming. I’m currently a student meaning I spend most of my time at home. Doing online classes can make it difficult to have typical a 9-5 job, being one of the reasons I started dog walking and sitting. As well as it being a passion I’ve had since a very early age. I have a home with a fenced in open space for your fur-babies. As well as many hiking trails located nearby for your pups to explore! Potty breaks every two hours as well as 2-4 walks a day.

About: I have owned at least one dog for 20 years and have fostered dogs for the last 15 years. We excel at chilling and enjoying the outdoors (walking/hiking). I am open to pup sitting 7 days a week, at your house or mine. I will take great care of your pet like it is my own! As a recent retiree, I have flexible time to take care of your pup(s). I am available 7 days a week and will care for your dog like it is my own...and mine are pretty spoiled. Although I do not have a yard, I enjoy walking my dogs and playing with them inside and out. My 2 dogs are easy going and will keep your pup company. My house is really a big dog house. They are allowed to snuggle on a dog bed or on the couch.
