About: I have grown up my whole life with animals. I currently have four dogs and four cats at home. I truly believe pets add so much love to the household. my hours are very flexible and change everyday. I work shifts at a local restaurant in oyama and also at mission hill winery. I’m usually free in the mornings and afternoons/nights vary. I cannot bring pets into my apartment, but will do whatever is needed at a clients home:) obviously each home is different and i will cater to needs, for example taking the dogs for a walk if there is no yard or constantly keeping an eye on the pet if they like to get into things.

My mother was a professional breeder and handler of Golden Retrievers and Old English Sheepdogs, and I grew up helping care for, train, and showing those breeds. About: I am a university student at UBCO living at home with my family and 2 dogs. This gives me the unique flexibility to stay overnight and care for pets on short notice. I have had dogs my whole life, and currently have a senior rescue, and a puppy at home. This gives me the experience I need to care for all kinds of dogs, well trained, not yet trained, puppies, seniors, rescues, purebreds etc. I have been dog and cat sitting for family friends several times a year for over 3 years since high school. I am a very responsible person, extremely reliable, and communicate well. I love the outdoors and going for walks, as well as lazy days at home. I have a very flexible school and work schedule. I am a student at UBCO and have several 3-4 hour gaps in my day which I can come home and spend time with the pets. Lots of experience with leash training and treat giving! Your pet will get lots of exercise and have fun. Any unwanted behavior will be corrected with non-force. At a very Sr age, Marley needs a lot of encouragement to eat, love and attention and Tiernan did a fantastic job! She also had to come early morning and later in the evening and she was here faithfully. She went above and beyond to make sure our fur baby was full, happy and content. About: I have always grown up with dogs around- big and small. I now have my own puppy who loves to play and meet other dogs. Open to walking/looking after your dog separately or having them tag along on our adventures to get extra exercise. I currently have a position part time as a nurse. About: We had a beautiful Golden Retriever 2013-2025 who went everywhere with me and was never left alone. I loved being with him, caring for him and other friends pets, walking, brushing, veterinary drop offs and collections as well as caring for elderly dogs too. I love all dogs. Will be with the dogs all day in my home and we have beautiful trails right at our doorstep for quick walks or longer hikes. Happy to be slower if dogs are older or small or longer if they have lots of energy. I work from home so pets would never be left alone, I have set up my work to fit in with caring for our own pet as a priority. Have looked after our own dog and walked 4-5 times daily with shorter potty breaks and longer excercise trips for 12 years. I have no fenced yard but have a provincial park and walking trails directly at my door so walking is never a problem. In my early 20s, I volunteered as a Vet Assistant at the SPCA in Calgary, and I’ve long been the “go-to” person for friends needing someone they trust to walk, sit, and care for their beloved pets. We currently have three dogs at home (a Pit Bull mix, a Boxer, and a Mexican mutt!), and there’s often at least one extra dog popping by for a visit or stay. Safe to say, I’m happiest in a house full of wagging tails! 🐾 I completely understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets behind. I promise to treat every single one like my own — with patience, love, and lots of attention. I’m also that person who interrupts conversations just to say hi to an incoming dog! I’ve cared for pets of all ages, from playful puppies to sweet seniors, and I’m mindful of the unique needs at every stage. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. I’ve worked with children in the school district for over 10 years while raising our family, and now that I have a little extra time, I’m excited to also care for our community’s fur babies. I have flexible availability, and I’m known for being patient, dependable, and calm. About: 10+ years owning, rescuing and nurturing puppies, dogs, kittens and cats. Have dog obedience training and can help to correct any issues with your pet. Lots of experience with leash training and treat giving! Your pet will get lots of exercise and have fun. Any unwanted behavior will be corrected with non-force. Repetitive verbal communication and hand signals will be used. I will want to know all the quirks about your pet and main commands you use! I have ample amounts of time to spend with your pet in or out of the home. You will get lots of pictures. As of right now I have time on the weekends and after work at 4. About: I am a favourite pet sitter for friends and family because I treat them like my own since I no longer have my own dog. I like to follow their schedules and ensure there are a lot of walks, play and attention. Boarding available for weekends, I work full time during the week but can do 3-4 day weekends with walks in the mornings, evenings and a mid-day pee break. Your pet would be the only pet in the home.
