About: I’ve been taking care of my own pets for around ten years, and before that I had, and continue to, frequently house and dog sit! I am currently a student at UBCO and I am able to be quite flexible in my schedule in order to provide the care and services you may need! I can easily take care of animals with higher needs, and have experience with very high energy and moderately reactive animals! I try to be as accommodating as possible!

About: We had a beautiful Golden Retriever 2013-2025 who went everywhere with me and was never left alone. I loved being with him, caring for him and other friends pets, walking, brushing, veterinary drop offs and collections as well as caring for elderly dogs too. I love all dogs. Will be with the dogs all day in my home and we have beautiful trails right at our doorstep for quick walks or longer hikes. Happy to be slower if dogs are older or small or longer if they have lots of energy. I work from home so pets would never be left alone, I have set up my work to fit in with caring for our own pet as a priority. Have looked after our own dog and walked 4-5 times daily with shorter potty breaks and longer excercise trips for 12 years. I have no fenced yard but have a provincial park and walking trails directly at my door so walking is never a problem. My own golden retriever will go outside for a variety of mini walks and a longer walk daily or we can take the car to other parks if requested.

About: I've been pet sitting for 21 years and have spent my life caring for animals of all kinds. Over the years, I've worked as a pet sitter, dog walker, kennel assistant, veterinary assistant, and now working toward a profession of dog training, giving me experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, personalities, and energy levels. I'm currently building my dog training business full-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate my attention to every pet in my care. I'm available for weekday walks, drop-in visits, daycare, boarding, and overnight care. Because I intentionally limit the number of pets I care for at one time, every dog receives plenty of individual attention, exercise, and enrichment. My goal is quality care - not rushing from appointment to appointment. Your pet's safety and wellbeing are always my top priorities. I take the time to understand each dog's personality, routines, and comfort level before every booking. I use secure equipment, practice safe handling, and never introduce unfamiliar dogs unless requested by the owner. For boarding, dogs become part of my daily routine with structured walks, rest periods, enrichment activities, and lots of one-on-one attention. I maintain a calm environment that helps dogs feel relaxed and secure while you're away. You'll also receive regular photo updates, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.

About: I have a lifetime of experience working with all sorts of dogs, including puppies, elderly dogs and dogs requiring special care and/or medications. I am also experienced in dog training and grooming. I’m currently a student meaning I spend most of my time at home. Doing online classes can make it difficult to have typical a 9-5 job, being one of the reasons I started dog walking and sitting. As well as it being a passion I’ve had since a very early age. I have a home with a fenced in open space for your fur-babies. As well as many hiking trails located nearby for your pups to explore! Potty breaks every two hours as well as 2-4 walks a day.

About: I am a university student at UBCO living at home with my family and 2 dogs. This gives me the unique flexibility to stay overnight and care for pets on short notice. I have had dogs my whole life, and currently have a senior rescue, and a puppy at home. This gives me the experience I need to care for all kinds of dogs, well trained, not yet trained, puppies, seniors, rescues, purebreds etc. I have been dog and cat sitting for family friends several times a year for over 3 years since high school. I am a very responsible person, extremely reliable, and communicate well. I love the outdoors and going for walks, as well as lazy days at home. I have a very flexible school and work schedule. I am a student at UBCO and have several 3-4 hour gaps in my day which I can come home and spend time with the pets. I am done my classes around dinner time, and can come straight home for the evening. On the weekends, I am a server at a restaurant in town and generally only work 4-6 hour shifts. This means I am around for the majority of the day. I have been dog walking for many years as I have had dogs my whole life. With clients, I try and keep the pet’s routine as similar as possible to their owner’s. I like to be around as much as possible and keep the pets as comfortable as they can be while their owner is away.

About: I have grown up my whole life with animals. I currently have four dogs and four cats at home. I truly believe pets add so much love to the household. my hours are very flexible and change everyday. I work shifts at a local restaurant in oyama and also at mission hill winery. I’m usually free in the mornings and afternoons/nights vary. I cannot bring pets into my apartment, but will do whatever is needed at a clients home:) obviously each home is different and i will cater to needs, for example taking the dogs for a walk if there is no yard or constantly keeping an eye on the pet if they like to get into things.

About: I have 8 years of pet sitting experience with many different animals. I have grown up around many different animals my whole life and have a pup of my own. I will also frequently take care of family and friends dogs and cats. I will do my absolute best to make sure your dogs get the attention, exercise and needs they require! I am a student so I attend various classes but they are all done online and from the comfort of my own home. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and have made sure my house is a very pet friendly environment provided with lots of entertainment, water and food bowls around the house. There are many dedicated spaces if the pups (or cats) need some space or if they just want to relax in private. There are no spots that are off limits for the pups so they have lots of room to play and explore! :) our place has a chill and relaxed vibe to it so your dogs can be comfortable and feel like it’s a safe home away from home.

About: I have over 10 years of experience taking care of cats and dogs. I have one of each, making my knowledge and skills current. No matter medication administration, training, or playtime. I am here for you! I currently do casual work, so I have lots of time in my schedule to fit in some more time spent with fuzzy friends. I’m always open to a hike or cuddles. I have a small fenced yard and cameras inside and outside the home. It is my Husband, Me, and a dog-friendly cat and dog, no children. We have an additional room and medium sized crate for separation if needed. Our condo is quiet, small and cozy.

About: Trained Dog Groomer, Pet First Aid Certified, puppies and seniors are not a problem, medication administration, worked on dog farms ans hotels, dog massage and aromatherpay, pooper scooper, multiple dog walks and hikes, little and large dog training, and more. I have done it all. My current scheudle is flexible. Every morning I fill water dishes for neighbour cats and they have an affectionate moment with me throghout the day and garden with me. I care for pets all pets as if they were my own. Former Medic, now First Aid Instructor, Community Support Worker. Care is what I do and providing services for all pets, fills my CUP. I have the ability and the experience to provide a wide range of services and care.

Im currently working part time, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups. 5pm onwards I will be available for pet sitting over night. When caring for pets in their own home, I maintain their normal routine, keep the space tidy, and ensure all doors/windows are secure. I send regular photo/text updates so owners can relax knowing their dog is happy and safe. I’m very attentive to each dog’s personality and needs, whether they’re high-energy or more relaxed.

About: Let me give you peace of mind while you are separated from a very important member of the family. I have a lifetime of experience with many animals including exotics. Whether your pet is furry, scaly, or lives in water, I will give everything I have to make sure they are well taken care of. Nutrition and exercise are top priorities but just as important is your pet's emotional well-being. It is hard on everyone to be a part and it is my responsibility to help your loved one through the anxiety and fear that can come from separation. When you return from being away, you will be greeted with a healthy happy animal ready to spend quality time with you. I currently work from home on my own schedule and terms. This makes it easy for me to take care of your pet anytime during the day. Your rules, guidelines and wishes are my top priority. About: 10+ years owning, rescuing and nurturing puppies, dogs, kittens and cats. Have dog obedience training and can help to correct any issues with your pet. Lots of experience with leash training and treat giving! Your pet will get lots of exercise and have fun. Any unwanted behavior will be corrected with non-force. Repetitive verbal communication and hand signals will be used. I will want to know all the quirks about your pet and main commands you use! I have ample amounts of time to spend with your pet in or out of the home. You will get lots of pictures. As of right now I have time on the weekends and after work at 4. In my spare time I am a very active person being outside on park walks, hiking, going to the lake and jogging. I'm here to help you while you are out and I get to spend time with your dog! (Or cat)
