About: I grew up around dogs, cats and different animals and have had many pets including rabbits, gerbils, fish and a cat. I have been a go-to pet sitter for my friends' and mutual friends' cats, dogs and rabbits. I'm always open to learning more about different kinds of pets including exotics and pasture animals. ​ I have a flexible schedule and am available for overnight pet sitting, check ins and dog walking 7 days a week. Pet-sitting is currently my main job. I bond with animals on their terms and am very good with following specific instructions. I am experienced with reading cat, dog and rabbit body language and verbal cues. I have some experience caring for certain exotic and farm animals. ​I'm always happy to help with home tasks when doing drop-ins or housesitting like bringing in your mail, taking out the trash, or watering plants while you're away!

About: I've spent years caring for dogs through fostering, and pet-sitting for friends, family, and neighbours. I have experience with dogs of various sizes, breeds, personalities, and support needs, including senior dogs and those with disabilities. My partner and I also recently cared for a diabetic cat over several months, giving us experience following medication schedules and providing attentive care for pets with specific health requirements. Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with family dogs and have continued caring for pets throughout adulthood. While I'm new to Rover, I'm not new to pet care, and I'd be happy to provide testimonials from previous pet owners if that helps ease your mind! I really enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away! I currently have a very flexible schedule and am available for pet sitting throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends. Your pet will receive lots of attention and will rarely be left alone! Please note: I will be unavailable from July 14–31 due to travel. I currently don't have any pets of my own, which allows me to focus entirely on the pets in my care! I live in a spacious, pet-friendly apartment with a patio and easy access to parks, walking trails, and Penticton's dog-friendly beach areas. I'll be happy to stick to the schedule that your pets are familiar with (for example, if you let them on furniture, they'll be welcome on my furniture, if they usually sleep in a crate overnight, they'll do the same at my place, if they aren’t comfortable around other animals, I’m happy to accommodate that). Whether your pet loves outdoor adventures, relaxed walks, or plenty of cuddle time at home, I'll tailor their care to what makes them happiest!

About: I have worked with animals my whole life from horse stables to vet clinics to pet stores and there is nothing I love more I have looked after a lot of my friends and family’s pets from housesitting to walking to bathing I know alot about pet nutrition having worked at a pet food store for many years and have done lots of puppy training and senior care including giving medications I have decided to take some time off my 9-5 Job so I have plenty of time to care for your pet and I am available Monday to Sunday I have two friendly mastiffs and two cats I do live out of town so no fenced in yard but all my animals stay within the perimeter of the yard I take my two dogs for walks or a run on the beach which I would do for your pets aswell. I do have a large crate aswell if you are crate training your dog I also have extensive plant knowledge aswell so along with your fur baby’s I can take care of your plants :)

I am an animal lover with a 6th sense for communicating and interacting with all animals. I am always out on adventures and would love to take your doggy along or board them overnight. My dog is the friendliest and loves playing with other dogs and any animal really! I have a big fenced in yard and live downtown Penticton close to the beaches, hiking trails and the off leash dog beach! About: I've had a cat back at homecountry for 10 years (she still lives her happy life with family back there). Often after first dog sitting in Okanagan clients become my regulars. UPD! At present I am unemployed, so I can spend more time with your pet. When I am not at work I'm fully focused on spending good time with the pets I'm looking after. Ensure perts are walked on leash, check for signs of discomfort, daily walks for dogs/ playtime for cats, regular brushing, cleaning litter boxes, ensure pets are fed on schedule and have fresh water.

About: I have had the privilege of taking care of my own high energy dog, Luna, for 8 years. She has taught me all about caring for animals, such as what counts as a good walk, which treats are the best, how important belly rubs are, and that the couch is a shared space. I have trained her to have a strong recall as we go for many off leash walks. I also have experience training the basic obediences as puppies and teenage dogs, giving medication, and following medical procedure pre-cautions and guidelines. My neighbours have also asked me to look after and care for their pets along the way as well. I’m hoping to bring my knowledge of taking care of her to the dogs in town and give them the best walks and care. I’m currently a masters student with plenty of time to go on walks and explore the parks. I am used to fitting in two 1 hour walks per day and exploring different parks around the city. I am also a reliable student that can house sit while you are away. I am happy to adapt to you and your pups schedule and preferences as needed! I can easily adapt to you and your pups routine throughout our time together. If you have a favourite park I will be happy to take your pup there.
