“Our dog Echo was very well cared for by Heather and her partner. She was great with communication and sent lots of photos. Echo can sometimes have some anxious behaviours, and she was able to put him at ease, but also gave us confidence that if anything came up she knew what cues to look for and how to handle it. Her own dog is also very well trained and got along with Echo super well. Would definitely book with Heather again.”

It was his first time out and I was probably more nervous than him but I got a lot of pictures from Sara and I feel that she and her family were a really good fit for Santana. “Catherine is amazing!!! We cannot say enough positive things about her. I wish I could give her 10+ stars. She took exceptional care of our dog, who Catherine found out was sick during her stay. She took her to vet appointments, did all prescribed care and followed up with them to make sure our sweet girl was as comfortable as possible. Talk about going above and beyond! She also took our dog on many long walks and hikes, and gave plenty of cuddles. I’d trust Catherine with any dog. She is the best.”

“Lisa and Geoff took wonderful care of our dog Jacob. Jacob is a large Great Dane who is also an older dog which made us nervous to leave him just anywhere. We were very happy when Lisa and Geoff invited us over for a meet and greet where we could ask any questions we had and also have an opportunity to see their home. We could tell just by the types of questions they were asking that they wanted to ensure Jacob had a very comfortable and fun stay. Their property was beautiful and would allow for Jacob to have ample space to exercise, play, or rest. They were very nice people and also wanted to ensure Jacob was a good fit for their home and family. During Jacobs stay we received lots of photos and feedback showing Jacob was well taken care of and very happy. The pick up went very well and we hope we can leave Jacob with Lisa and Geoff again next time! Thanks so much!”

About: Apart from being an animal lover, I am a naturally warm and nurturing person. After living with cats and dogs during my 20's I have fallen into pet-sitting by happenstance a few years ago. It is not until recent, that I considered doing this professionally. People trust me and so do the animals. I have really enjoyed getting to know each pet and their personalities and having fun together. I work with a winery, where dogs roam freely often. Currently, the season is low and I am mostly at home with plenty of spare time to care for your furr-babies! I am super flexible with timing. Let's just have a chat! In my home I am in a larger-sized apartment, situated near a beach. The home and building is pet-friendly and safetied. Although I lack a yard, I have ample time to spend outdoors taking your pet for a walk and to play at nearby parks. I provide general care every pet should have, in addition to any needs and instructions you provide for me to make sure your pet is loved and cared for while in my hands. I also have a history of house-sitting, so if you feel more comfortable having me come to your space to care for your pet I am happy to do so as well. Again, I am super-flexible and easygoing to arrangements.

“I could not be happier with the service that Lindsay provided. My little guy definitely has some issues when it comes to new people and I was a bit apprehensive about using a stranger. Lindsay and I quickly got to know one another and she was more than willing to do a few visits before the boarding to get that familiarity with Tucker. Tucker had a fantastic visit, I'm sure drove the kitties a little bit nuts but only because he loved them so much and Lindsay was so great at keeping me updated the whole time about his progress.
