Due to a hectic schedule I needed help dropping him off and of course was late picking him up. When I arrived I found my dog relaxed and could tell he was comfortable. She was understanding of my time restraints and very pleasant to deal with. I met her big teddy bear of a pup who I could see was a gentle giant compared to my frail 16 yo poodle X.
