**** I used to pet-sit in Calgary, now after almost a year I am back, settled down in Penticton, and I am ready to meet new pups and make them experience their best vacation time while you are away **** Growing up, I've always been surrounded by pets—dogs, cats. I have taken care for extended period of time of family, friends and neighbors dogs and cats. I was a foster home for a boxer-lab mix puppy till we found his forever home. I used to work as aupair (nanny) and take care of their Bernese dog Maya, their little puddle Biscuit and cat Ferguson for a whole year. I owned my self a dog for 15 years that used to traveling with me and my family back when I was still leaving in Europe. What sets me apart from other sitters is my genuine passion for ensuring every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. They're family. Whether it's playing with a high-energy puppy or offering a gentle touch to a senior dog with special needs. I also have experience with puppy training basics, helping your little one develop good habits from an early age. Additionally, I'm especially patient and attentive when it comes to senior pets, offering the extra care they need for mobility issues, medications, or simply a quieter, more comfortable environment. My goal is to make sure your pet feels relaxed, happy, and well-cared for while you're away, so you can have peace of mind knowing they're in loving hands.

We left our dog Ollie with Jacqueline for the weekend while we were away, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She took amazing care of him — keeping us updated with photos and messages, and making sure he felt happy and comfortable the whole time. Ollie clearly had a great time and came home relaxed and content. It’s such a relief knowing he was in such good hands. We’d absolutely trust Jacqueline to look after him again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!

We were so grateful to have found Jacqueline to take care of our energetic rat terrier Kobe. Her and Corey took amazing care of him - lots of walks, river swims and chill time on the couch. Jacqueline sent photos, responded to messages quickly and was flexible on drop off and pick up times. We will be booking again in the future!
My dog is unique and unlike to any other dogs they have taken care of. They handled my dog very very well. They didn’t even give up on him. They are just the best people for my dog or any dog our there! We can really tell with our interactions with Jacqueline and her husband that they trully care about animals and their well being. 5 star recommended.
Jacqueline was awesome with my senior dog Kody. She sent me many pics and updates. I would definitely try and get him back with her for my next trip.

Schedule
I work from home, which means I'm always here with your pet—never leaving them alone. This flexible schedule lets me take your pet for walks before, during, and after my work hours, ensuring they get plenty of attention and exercise throughout the day.

I live in a pet-friendly apartment just steps away from a local dog park, providing the perfect space for your pet to enjoy outdoor fun and exercise. When your pet stays with me, I ensure a secure, loving environment tailored to their unique needs. Your pet will receive personal attention, feel safe, and be comfortable throughout their stay. I don’t use a crate unless specifically requested, allowing your pet the freedom to relax and feel at home. To ensure individualized care, I only board one dog at a time unless you're the owner of two dogs, so your pet gets all the focus and attention they deserve.
A typical day
I love to play with your dog based on his/her energy level. From the classic fetch to the treats hide and sick. If your dog is allowed I will be happy to take him at the dog park just a short walk from my place and discover new smell in the neighborhood area ;)
