As someone who works from home, I am available for around the clock care and almost constant observation, ensuring your pets receive all the attention they need. Due to the nature of my business, about every 2 hours I will leave your pup in the cozy living room while I'm on other side of the wall for up to 30 minutes at a time. Sometimes my house mates will be here to entertain them during this time, sometimes they will be alone for this period. They will still hear me, but won't be able to see me. If this would make them bark, whimper, or stressed out then it might not be a good fit. I'm able to offer a morning and/or evening stroll.

Welcome to my serene and peaceful home, where I offer top-quality dog boarding services for well-behaved and quiet furry friends. I am experienced in caring for pets and have a large fenced yard, perfect for your friends to play and relax. My home is a quiet sanctuary of serenity, so while barking occasionally, or when someone comes to the door is totally understandable, it's important that your friend isn't the Luciano Pavarotti of the four legged world. I have a medium to large sized doggie door, making it easy for your pets to access the yard at any time, when appropriate.

I live near the south end of town and appreciate a stroll around Skaha lake. I keep it fresh by hunting out the various trails and staircases throughout the City's walking corridors. Our large back yard offers sprinklers and fresh water bowls in the summer, and our cozy abode offers a warm fireplace to curl up to in the winter. Respectful dogs are permitted on the furniture, or not - I'll honour your rules.

I provide a loving, safe, and comfortable environment for your pets to feel at home while you're away. After my dog passed, I began providing pet sitting for friends and have found the experience to be very rewarding. As I don't currently have pets of my own, my place, with a large fenced yard would make an ideal staycation for a dog who doesn't get along with other dogs, small children, or large dogs that may be hard to find room for. I'm experienced with bully breeds and strong dogs. I am excited to meet new furry friends and offer them the same love and attention I would give to my own pets. Book with me for a stress-free and enjoyable experience for both you and your beloved pets. After all, your pets are also on vacation and we aim to make it amazing for them.

Julie was great! Very patient and understanding of our dogs needs. She also went above and beyond to create cold treats during the summer heat! She sent us pictures and updates regularly during our time away. I would highly recommend her!
Julie was so helpful and flexible when I needed someone to look after my pup Shortbread while I worked some evening shifts. Shortbread absolutely looked forward to going to her place and getting all the cuddles and love. Thank you ☺️
Julie was the perfect host for Sophie. She was so kind and welcoming. Sophie was happy and tired at the end of the day and and ran happy in on her own the next morning. That says it all doesn't it. 😁
Julie did a great job making our dog feel right at home! She also provided updates and pictures throughout the stay, which we greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend her.
