About: I grew up on a dairy farm and caring for animals has always come naturally for me. We always had farm dogs and cats but then at the age of 12 I became the owner of a little beagle puppy that stole my heart. Brandy was my dog until I moved away from home. Over the years, I had two more dogs and six cats in my life! When my last dog passed, I missed him so much and asked my hairdresser if I could look after her little poodle. I really enjoyed his company and the opportunity to get out for walks with him. I am a retired healthcare professional, so my daily schedule is very flexible. Whenever I am needed, I can be available, whether it's early morning or late afternoon. If I care for your pet, I would want you to tell me about any special diet or medication requirements. I will appreciate knowing any specific rules that you might have for the care of your pet.
About: I’ve always loved animals, especially dogs, and have grown up around them. I’m very close with my family dog, Kaia, a 14 year old bichon Shih Tzu. I have many years of hands on experience caring for her, including attending puppy training classes together, she has taught me patience, kindness, and how important it is to make a dog feel loved safe and comfortable. I’m caring, and responsible and genuinely enjoy taking dogs for walks, playing with them, and giving them plenty of attention. I hope to have a dog of my own one day so caring for other people’s pets is something I truly enjoy and take great pride in. Very available weekends, afternoons, and evenings. Available some days during the week depending on my work schedule. Happy to take your pet for long or short walks or even overnight. I treat every pet like they’re part of the family.
