I came from out of town so wasn’t able to do a meet and greet which always makes me nervous but Lisa let Daisy and I come early and hang out for a bit to make sure everyone was comfortable. My little pup LOVES big dogs and looked like she loves chasing the pups around that were there. It is a very dog social house which was perfect for my dog as she loves feeling a part of a pack. Being the paranoid dog mom I am, I texted 10 minutes after leaving to see how she was doing and immediately received pictures from Lisa of my dog thriving with her dog. From there on out, I received so many pictures and I could really relax and enjoy my night because of this. About: I would like to open our home to other dogs families in need of dog daycare, walking, boarding etc. I have a 7 year old labrador retriever, and his goofy energy is contagious. He is very friendly to other dogs. I am highly organized, and love all types of dogs. I offer home check ups, dog daycare, dog boarding, and dog walking services. Having raised our pup Maple full time, from 8 weeks old, and I have a lot of patience and care to offer. I hope to hear from you soon! About: I have worked with animals my whole life from horse stables to vet clinics to pet stores and there is nothing I love more I have looked after a lot of my friends and family’s pets from housesitting to walking to bathing I know alot about pet nutrition having worked at a pet food store for many years and have done lots of puppy training and senior care including giving medications I have decided to take some time off my 9-5 Job so I have plenty of time to care for your pet and I am available Monday to Sunday I have two friendly mastiffs and two cats I do live out of town so no fenced in yard but all my animals stay within the perimeter of the yard I take my two dogs for walks or a run on the beach which I would do for your pets aswell. I do have a large crate aswell if you are crate training your dog I also have extensive plant knowledge aswell so along with your fur baby’s I can take care of your plants :)

A day in the life at cats house: Outside time, meal time, rests, play catch, evening meal and one more play time to end the evening. About: having grown up with cats and dogs, no home feels complete without a pet. i truly understand that animals become a part of the family and with a flexible “work-from-anywhere-with-wifi” career i can provide your pet with the love, care, and attention they deserve and need. both mobile and childfree, i can travel throughout the okanagan valley (or the Pacific Northwest for the right match). About: I have worked in animal medicine for 27 years and owned/operated my own pet sitting business. I love all animals and have cared for birds, pocket pets, dog and cats. I am comfortable giving oral/topical and injections (ex. Insulin). Two years ago I spent a year getting certified in animal hospice and palliative care. I know leaving a little old timer at home is stressful and requires someone with advanced caregiving skills. I welcome dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, rodents and small reptiles. I am working from home. Animals who are cared for in our home are rarely alone. I can be available for visits during daytime or evenings. I have a quarter acre fenced yard. We have a pug named Bruce and a border collie named Biscuit. We live in a bi-level home in a quiet neighbourhood close to hiking trails that we frequent often. Pocket pets enjoy their own room and birds are upstairs with outdoor lookout.
About: I have been taking care of animals for over 20 years. I started out at a young age taking care of neighbours and friends animals. I spent some time volunteering for various animal societies. I regularly support the BC SPCA. I am responsible and professional. I have open availability and I am typically available everyday. I love to get out on dog walks and hikes on my property, I live on 70 acres and being outdoor with animals is a given! There is a large grassed area here, rocky areas and a creek. I have animal crates if your dog is kennel trained. I live in the garden suite, there is safe area for just cats or everyone to be together and often where the dogs hang out with me in the living room when we aren't out on walks or hikes.
About: I have spent my entire life with pets. Since I was a little girl to present day as an 24 year old strongly dedicated to her studies and a responsible young lady prepared to take on all the challenges life gives to her. I currently have 3 dogs and 3 cats, they are very friendly and love to meet new friends. I am available pretty much all the time. I can teach dog tricks, cuddle them, love them and make them feel like a member to the family within minutes. I never leave my pets alone, I make sure they are always busy unless they are tired! I highly respect animals and strongly believe they should be treated as our equals! I currently work as an airline employee and this would be a wonderful gig to do on the side as I have a lot of down time being on reserve. I am a very active and outdoorsy person, and already spend multiple hours per day doing things with my dog, this would be a wonderful addition to my current routine. I ensure they are always fed, and have water, I also am always around to entertain the dogs and/or cats. With my animals at home I take them to dog parks, to the ocean or somewhere to go swimming, I meet up with friends for doggie play dates if I do not want to go to the dog park. I also always have toys or bones for them to play with and I am really big on training, so I always have training treats with me to continuously keep that bond going.

I came from out of town so wasn’t able to do a meet and greet which always makes me nervous but Lisa let Daisy and I come early and hang out for a bit to make sure everyone was comfortable. My little pup LOVES big dogs and looked like she loves chasing the pups around that were there. It is a very dog social house which was perfect for my dog as she loves feeling a part of a pack. About: I've spent years caring for dogs through fostering, and pet-sitting for friends, family, and neighbours. I have experience with dogs of various sizes, breeds, personalities, and support needs, including senior dogs and those with disabilities. My partner and I also recently cared for a diabetic cat over several months, giving us experience following medication schedules and providing attentive care for pets with specific health requirements. Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with family dogs and have continued caring for pets throughout adulthood. Please note: I will be unavailable from July 14–31 due to travel. I currently don't have any pets of my own, which allows me to focus entirely on the pets in my care!
