Lisa is an early bird, and works from home, and I am a night owl who loves being outdoors giving us plenty of time for your fur babies. We are flexible to most needs, and comfortable with all breeds, sizes and energy levels. If you have a routine that your dog follows we can do our best to replicate it during their stay with us. We have a fenced back yard and a short distance to hiking trails and the fenced off leash dog beaches in the area. We have a great neighborhood for various walks as well if you prefer to keep your dog on leash. I am currently working part time, and Lisa works from home making us ready and available weekdays or weekends whatever you need. We welcome long stays too. We have a flexible schedule and plenty of space both inside and outside and we love a good long walk! Annalise I am a child and youth worker however I am currently upgrading my schooling online - allowing for a flexible schedule that can tailor to your pets needs. My active lifestyle offers plenty of time for walks, runs, and quality time with your pets! I follow and respect my clients directions surrounding their environment and how their pets function within it. I am diligent with following direction and put the pets needs first! May that be leashing, no contact with other animals, kennelling when out of the house, animal supervision, etc.

About: I have worked in animal medicine for 27 years and owned/operated my own pet sitting business. I love all animals and have cared for birds, pocket pets, dog and cats. I am comfortable giving oral/topical and injections (ex. Insulin). Two years ago I spent a year getting certified in animal hospice and palliative care. I know leaving a little old timer at home is stressful and requires someone with advanced caregiving skills. I welcome dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, rodents and small reptiles. I am working from home. Animals who are cared for in our home are rarely alone. I can be available for visits during daytime or evenings. I have a quarter acre fenced yard. We have a pug named Bruce and a border collie named Biscuit. We live in a bi-level home in a quiet neighbourhood close to hiking trails that we frequent often. Pocket pets enjoy their own room and birds are upstairs with outdoor lookout.
