Li took great care of our dog, Granger. He sent daily photo and video updates, and made sure Granger had plenty of social time with other dogs. When we picked him up, Granger was happy, well-exercised, and clearly enjoyed his stay. Li also shared helpful feedback about Granger’s socialization and things to keep in mind going forward. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and would definitely book with Li again.
What a fabulous, fur loving couple Denise and Paul are! I felt at complete ease leaving Katie with them. So many regular pictures and videos of them all playing, eating, resting, or being obnoxious! I could see Katie was having the time of her life! And sure enough, she didn’t want to leave when I got there! Thank you both again so much and I look forward to next time!
We left Ben with Barb for the day this week, and it went really well! Ben loves attention, and Barb came across as experienced and attentive—she seemed to understand exactly what he needed. She took him for a walk and cared for him with genuine kindness. One thing I’d appreciate for next time is a few more real-time videos. As a first-time dog mom, it’s comforting to see that everything is going smoothly in the moment. That said, Barb did send two photos without me even asking, which I really appreciated—I never want to be that person constantly checking in. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything turned out, and I can confidently say that Ben enjoyed his stay. I’d definitely book again! ☺️
Our family was in need of last-minute care for our two dog (a Shiba and a Pomsky) while traveling to the Lower Mainland for a quick vacation. As first-timers leaving our pups with boarders, we were admittedly very nervous. From the very first interaction, however, it was clear that we had absolutely lucked out with Mykyta and Michelle. They took the time to ask thoughtful, detailed questions about our dogs’ daily routines, sleep schedules, preferences, allergies, comfort items, and how they respond to other dogs, walks, and dog parks. Their genuine care and attentiveness instantly put us at ease. Throughout the entire stay, Mykyta and Michelle kept us regularly updated with messages, photos, and insights into how our dogs were doing. It meant the world to us to know that they were in such capable and loving hands. The communication was consistent and reassuring, and it was obvious that they treated our pups as if they were their own. Thanks to Mykyta and Michelle, our vacation was seamless and truly carefree. We came back to two very happy, well-looked-after dogs, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dog care and reliable, ongoing communication. Truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

SHE IS THE BEST!!! Our boston terrier loved them, Stephanie and Mel took care of our baby like their own, regular updates on his mood, food intakes and pictures of dog park and walks even a video call which we requested.
